Worst Saturday Night Live Cast Members

The Top Ten
1 Colin Quinn Colin Edward Quinn is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. On television, he is best known for his work on Saturday Night Live, where he anchored Weekend Update, on MTV's 1980's game show Remote Control, where he served as the announcer/sidekick, and as host of Comedy Central's late-night panel show Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn.

Colin never found his audience on snl, but he is not the worst ever.(Terry Sweeny, Aidy Bryant, Chris Kattan, Leslie Jones come to mind). He did an adequate job on Weekend Update. And is actually a brilliant stand-up and an accomplished writer.

2 Robert Downey Jr. Robert John Downey Jr. (born April 4, 1965) is an American actor and producer. His career has included critical and popular success in his youth, followed by a period of substance abuse and legal troubles, and a resurgence of commercial success in middle age.
3 Randy Quaid Randy Randall Rudy Quaid is an American actor. He has been nominated for a Golden Globe Award, BAFTA Award and an Academy Award for his role in The Last Detail.
4 Chris Kattan Christopher Lee "Chris" Kattan is an American actor/comedian, best known for his work on Saturday Night Live and his role as Bob on the first four seasons of The Middle.
5 Chris Parnell

He's never made me laugh even once. Even Chris Kattan at least had gay Hitler.

Never funny and impressions were always awful.

6 Cheri Oteri
7 Tony Rosato Tony Rosato (1954-2017) was an Italian-Canadian actor and voice actor who has appeared in television and movies in both Canada and the United States. He is most known for being the original voice actor for Luigi.
8 Ellen Cleghorne
9 Aidy Bryant

Zero acting ability, looks like she's in a 6th grade play. Something is off about her mannerisms. She could be a brilliant comedic writer, but she is distracting to watch because she seems to act very unnaturally.

10 Kristen Wiig Kristen Carroll Wiig is an American actress, comedian, writer, and producer. She is known for her work on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, and films such as Bridesmaids, The Martian, and Ghostbusters.

Why is she on here. She’s hilarious. These other people like Parnell, Kattan, Quinn, Cleghorne etc. never had any great moments. She had like a thousand. He characters like The Target Lady, Penelope, And Shana were all hilarious and her Michele Bachmann is spot-on. She showed her dedication to the show by completing her contract and not leaving after Bridesmaids came out. That being said, she did kind of (unintentionally) hog the screen. But Bill Hader does that too, and like Wiig, is one of the greatest cast members of all time.

The Contenders
11 Victoria Jackson
12 Sarah Silverman Sarah Kate Silverman (born December 1, 1970) is an American stand-up comedian, actress, producer, and writer. Her comedy addresses social taboos and controversial topics, such as racism, sexism, politics, and religion, sometimes having her comic character endorse them in a satirical or deadpan fashion.

Just not even a little bit funny- the reality is her whole schtick was that she was pretty, and now that she is old she is not even pretty any more. She tried to create some interest by doing a nude scene in a movie, but nobody even cared.

Never has been and never will be remotely funny or talented.

13 Jim Breuer James E. "Jim" Breuer is an American stand-up comedian, actor and radio host. He is most noted for his time as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and starred in Half Baked.
14 Colin Jost Colin Kelly Jost is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter, and writer for the TV program Saturday Night Live.

Jost is like a lab created generic white guy who can read lines just well enough to be Weekend Update host. He has zero personality and very little to offer. He's just another northeastern dude who went to an elite college and managed to get on SNL.

15 Casey Wilson
16 Rob Riggle Robert Allen "Rob" Riggle, Jr. is an American actor, comedian and retired United States Marine Corps Reserve officer.
17 Adam Sandler Adam Richard Sandler is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter, and film producer. After becoming a Saturday Night Live cast member, Sandler went on to star in many Hollywood feature films that combined have grossed over $2 billion at the box office.

How is he so low?

18 Michael Che Michael Che is an American comedian, writer, and actor. He was briefly a correspondent for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and has previously worked as a writer for Saturday Night Live.
19 Gary Kroeger
20 Chris Elliott
