Worst SpongeBob SquarePants Post-Sequel Episodes
The Top Ten
I'm telling ALL of you, to put this at the #1 spot, Face Freeze is actually a good episode if you compare it to some squidward torture trash like this, the main issue is Patrick becoming a jerk and scaring Squidward so that he can squirt ink out of his nose to make lemonade. It's not just squidward's torture being the problem. We are treating to other stuff like Patrick exposing his organs which is just nightmare fuel, and Patrick taring a bandaid off his smelly armpit which I find way more gross than the nasty patty. I suggest you do not watch this stINKer and it's just so cruel to make the sister episode be MY LEG! - BlueBobYT
I did find a few jokes to be funny. But outside of that, I agree. The only episode that I can't stand more than this is Dumped. - IcetailofWishClan
The moment I saw Patrick making those exaggerated facial expressions that look like they belong in a Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon episode, I knew this episode was going to suck. It's worse when Patrick and SpongeBob get away with their ink lemonade business while Squidward suffers for the whole episode in any way possible. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
This episode is pretty much garbage!
Squidward's punishment is really weak! Also, Squidward is way cruelly out of character in this episode! - SuperMalechi
Squidward was NEVER unlikable! He was torturing SpongeBob and Patrick, because THEY were ABUSING him! It's actually refreshing that Squidward had the nerve to torture SpongeBob and Patrick back after all of those years. What ruins it is the ending. Squidward gets tortured back anyways. - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy
Don't hate it as much as other fans do, but man... I can understand why many fans don't like this episode. Just take a look at some of the screenshots for the pain SpongeBob and Patrick had to endure. They're quite graphic, to say the least... Squidward did deserve to get back at SpongeBob and Patrick, but not like this... At least Squidward got what was coming to him when Sandy got back at him for abusing SpongeBob and Patrick. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
You don't get it. SpongeBob and Patrick DESERVED to be abused by Squidward back. - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy
Ink Lemonade should be number 1 instead of this, which isn't that bad.
Patrick is extremely a jerk and uncaring, and his apology is far too light. It's not funny, and the gag of Squidward acting out of character due to his obsession with ice cream is horrible.
It's boring and frustrating
Don’t hate it as much as others do. I usually add a little bit of episodes that others hate on this list so I won’t get a bunch of complaints like “ WHERE IS THE FISH BOWL IT SUCCCKKKS! ”. I am aware that many people hate this episode a lot so that’s why I ranked it #2. I think it’s mediocre. - Tyler730
Stupid (and not in a good way) disgusting, and annoying!
Krabs literally tries to kill Squidward just so his paintings can be worth money. Enough said. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
You think after One Coarse Meal, the writers would know that Krabs wanting someone dead wouldn’t be funny. - Tyler730
I didn't like how Mr. Krabs asserted that he was the tyrant of the Krusty Krab in this episode. His creepiness and selfishness was taken a bit too far in this episode. Not the worst Post-Sequel episode, but it felt a bit more frustrating to watch than enjoyable. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
My least favorite episode of 9B. Krabs was super unlikeable here. He went waay too far. - Tyler730
Eh, I thought it was interesting to see Sandy and Karen work mutually together to cure everyone of the Salsa Imbecilicus sauce and educate them again. Not top 10 worthy, but I still thought the episode was okay overall. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
Eh, this one's mediocre to me. The short "Clam Up" did kind of make this episode interesting as it was a tie-in that explained how Prickles got into SpongeBob's house. Other than that, the episode doesn't really have anything terrible other than the worms that might annoy some viewers, but House Worming is not really anything to write home about unlike its brother episode Mimic Madness. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
I knew this episode was going to be bad and I was right. Patrick pretends to be a horse. It’s just really dumb. There’s no comedy here. I definitely should have put it higher on the list. - Tyler730
Unpopular opinion: I actually kinda like this one. - IcetailofWishClan

This episode was awful. The beginning was atrocious. I hated that SpongeBob and Patrick were annoying Squidward with pots and pans screaming. The ending is also similarly bad. The middle was very boring as well, and SpongeBob and Patrick getting beat up was cringeworthy and reminded me of an even worse episode. Overall very bad episode and one of the worst post-sequel episodes. - Tyler730
I honestly would rather watch Ink Lemonade over this any day. I'm sorry, but it bores me and aside from a couple of jokes, it wasn't that funny.
I accidentally clicked liked on SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy's, and I can't remove it. Anyway, I actually liked it because it has some good humor. Sure it has some flaws, but at least SpongeBob and Patrick learned their lesson.
Well, I just watched it and I actually thought it was pretty good. Had a great mix of humor and creativity when it came to the premise of brains flying around. Not bad at all, in my opinion. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
I actually like it. Like I said, I sometimes add other people’s opinions on here too. Many reviews I’ve seen on this episode were negative. While they were a bit overexaggerative at some points, I actually didn’t mind it too much. - Tyler730
You HAVE to mind this episode, just because it's post-sequel SpongeBob. - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy
It's Face Freeze all over again! - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy
This is the worst - NostalgiaMonkey
I do not like this episode. The “my leg” gag is ruined because of how overused it is in the episode. The slapstick is also just as bad as it was in Sportz?. The song felt really off too. Overall pretty lackluster. If you liked it, good for you. - Tyler730
Not a bad episode, but the plot twist at the end and how they rushed the ending afterwards in a short montage made the episode pretty mediocre at the end. Would have been better paced if they hadn't spent the first half of the episode making Plankton fail against Krabs many times in a row. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
Per MSS. The gotcha gag was really annoying. The whole episode felt really dull. And that twist is bad. The reason why New Leaf failed. Just a weak episode. - Tyler730
Don't hate it as much as others, but I have quite a few reasons this episode kind of irked me a bit that might be the same as everyone else. I didn't like how SpongeBob kept obliviously and stupidly hurting Mr. Krabs even though he was supposed to be getting his check-up for him. The part where Larry impersonates Mr. Krabs to try and have the latter pass the inspection and the part where Mr. Krabs breaks out of the Krusty Krab to get out of paying Larry were both funny, but I think they took SpongeBob's stupidity up a bit too much in this episode. It's nowhere near as bad as episodes where SpongeBob is stupid and hurts others like Squid Baby or Are You Happy Now? , but if I were to make a remix of the worst Post-Sequel episodes (even if the Post-Sequel era is a significant improvement over the Post-Movie era), this would be somewhere in the top 10. - ModernSpongeBobSucks
I think it's just decent.
Pretty mediocre episode. Mr. Krabs gets tortured and like Pat No Pay, he doesn’t deserve it. However this episode has some humor in it which Pat No Pay didn’t. It’s still a pretty weak Season 11 episode. - Tyler730
Better than Once Bitten but still not that great. The Krabby Patties looked very disgusting and the faces at the beginning reminded me of the abysmal Face Freeze!. It’s not funny like Once Bitten. The only time I laughed was the Bubble Bass scene. It was a nice reference to his debut appearance in Pickles. It’s not bad but definitely not one of my favorites of Season 11. - Tyler730
I haven't seen the full episode myself, but while Squidward shouldn't have taken his life insurance contract for granted, they really went too far on the poor cephalopod when he got brutally mangled at the climax of the episode! Yes, his life was insured in sacrifice for his hair, but he still didn't deserve his pain at the end. Don't forget that greedy Krabs stole Squidward's contract too... - ModernSpongeBobSucks
I love this episode to be honest - Gangem
This episode is rather dull.
This is a squidward torture
What the heck is this doing here?! Squidward did act mean towards Patrick in the beginning, and later asked Patrick to explain the game while they play, and he deserved what he got. Then again, sure he was tortured, but this episode is still great to me.
How can anyone think this is a good episode?! - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy

Anyway, this episode was lackluster. The circus scene were mediocre, the “don’t feed the clowns” gag wasn’t too bad, but not great either. Additionally I felt really bad for the little clown being pushed around. The whole job plot has been overused at this point. It was nice to see chef from Le Big Switch return, but that doesn’t save this episode. Also the ending is one I have no words for. Overall a really weak episode. - Tyler730
Third worst episode of the show
Patrick is a giant prick in this episode and ending doesn't make any sense.
One of my least season 11 episode, yes I hated it more than "Ink lemonade".
