Now I love Star Wars but you've gotta admit that it has been having problems over the past 15 years (that's when the first prequel came out). George Lucas is getting old now so I think it's time for him to retire Star Wars.The Phantom Menace alone, ruined the entire franchise.

I know what you're going to say, "WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM A MOVIE WITH BLASTERS? , I get it, but the first 5 movies released were PG, and there was way too much characters getting stabbed by lightsabers and stuff, though it was where revenge of sith released, star wars wasn't a franchise where it appealed to plenty of little kids anymore, and got more dark and continued with TFA and rogue one and even the upcoming the last jedi
At this point, I'd be happy if the franchise was killed off once and for all. Kill all the characters if you have to.
