Lacks the charm of the soundtracks of the first two games. It sounds impressive for the Megadrive/Genesis, but most tracks are pretty unmemorable and repetitive.
The arcade version has awesome music. The Mega Drive version's music is godawful!
They literally used farts as an instrument in several songs. This soundtrack made Koji Kondo roll in his grave, and he’s not even dead yet. - Zach808
