Top 10 Worst YouTube Channels

As seen in PewDiePie's "PEWDIEPIE IS DEAD" published on April 9, 2016 (click to view).
The Top Ten
1 Onision Gregory James Daniel (born November 11, 1985), is a controversial American YouTuber. His primary YouTube channel, "Onision", featured sketches and satirical clips; videos posted to his other channels focus on personal stories covering controversial topics as well as discussion with his viewers. His... read more

I used to be subscribed to him until I saw his offensive videos about obesity, self-harm, meat-eaters, and religious people. He shoves his beliefs down people's throats and is hypocritical about almost everything. He tells his viewers to "keep being you," but that's after releasing a video full of offensive jokes about sensitive subjects.

And yes, he's extremely full of himself. He essentially believes he's God's gift to the world - or a "higher power," as he sees it. I once enjoyed his videos, but that changed quickly. It becomes tiresome when all you do is defend yourself for the content you put out on your main channel. This is not to mention the inappropriate video about his wife having a seizure. What's wrong with this guy? How is he not higher on this list of terrible content creators? He deserves to be number one, not PewDiePie.

And it's not because I'm a fan of PewDiePie. It's because Felix actually helps people, such as by raising money for charity. What has Greg done? He's created multiple channels just to tell all of his idiotic, offensive jokes.

2 Fred

Fred is an annoying, insolent waste of oxygen. My six-year-old brother is more educated than him. Fred, or "Lucas Kruishank," is nothing more than an elementary school dropout who thinks he's funny, talking in a voice that everybody can make. The first video I watched on his channel was kind of funny. But then I saw all the videos like that and thought to myself, "I can't believe they let these people breathe." He should just grow up.

It's a shame that most YouTubers aren't as good as they used to be. They're running out of ideas, so they use the same topic for eight videos but just change the words. And I'm talking about ALL YouTubers that we know. I'm going to start YouTube in the summer, and I'm going for comedic videos and skits. Wish me luck. I won't beg people to like or subscribe, though, because only fat ugly girls do that. I'll let people do what they want. Anyways, I wish you all the best of luck with your lives.

3 LeafyIsHere Calvin Lee Vail (born August 18, 1995), known online as LeafyIsHere or simply Leafy, is an American former YouTuber and former Twitch streamer who, from the years 2011 to 2017, and 2020, made reaction, drama, and gaming videos, but is mostly known for commentary.

While being complete garbage, Leafyishere's channel consists of him making fun of children and other people who aren't perfect. Basically, if you have or are dealing with a mental disorder, eating disorder, obesity, or if you're skinny, ugly, autistic, young, old, have had a stroke, or are otherwise slightly weird and make YouTube videos, he and his "fanbase" will harass you until you stop. "Ain't nobody ruining his perfect world," I imagine his fans saying.

He also spams the same content every day. He finds a random YouTuber who does something weird, such as walking, "comments" (which is more like harassment) on the video, and then his fans send death threats to the video's owner. The owner makes a video calling Leafy out, and Leafy makes more videos on the person. Rinse and repeat. Due to the lack of effort but plenty of quantity, Leafy's videos may very well be the absolute worst on YouTube.

He is considered a cyberbully because of his "content." He calls his work "satire," believing that his content helps, but in reality, it only hurts.

He has also lied, but delving into that would mean getting into YouTube drama. Long story short, he claimed that one channel tried to get ten other channels to make hate videos on Pyrocynical, but it was actually Leafy who tried getting those channels to make the videos.

As for Leafyishere's channel name, it's also stupid. "Leafy" is an adjective, not a noun. Therefore, "Leafy" cannot be "here."

In summary, Leafy's channel is the absolute worst and needs to go.

4 JustinBieberVEVO Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and record producer. He currently resides in Ontario, Canada and is Christian. He is the son of author Pattie Mallette... read more

The music is awful, but it's not just the music and annoying lyrics that make me hate this channel. It's Justin himself. He is an evil person. He doesn't care about his fans. He urinated in a cleaner's bucket and got off scot-free. He spat on fans, he's lazy - having his bodyguards carry him on the Great Wall of China - he abandoned a pet monkey, said Anne Frank would have been a fan, has been in fights, has been arrested, and overall, he is just a rude person.

I already dislike VEVO and wish they would create their own website instead of using YouTube and making the platform more corporate. If I had to pick one channel to criticize, this would be it. I can't understand why it remains popular. Justin Bieber is one of the most immature people in America, and I genuinely feel sorry for his fans. His music isn't even good. It's generic pop heavily reliant on autotune.

5 PewDiePie Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg (born October 24, 1989), better known by his online alias PewDiePie, is a Swedish web-based comedian video producer, and commentary channel. He is best known for his Let's Play commentaries and Vlogs on YouTube. He is known for being the most subscribed-to YouTuber on the website... read more

PewDiePie is, without a doubt, the worst channel on YouTube. All he does when he plays games is rage, yell, and act like an immature brat, similar to Justin Bieber. When I hear him doing this, I feel like bashing my head into the wall to give myself amnesia, out of sheer annoyance with this individual. He has a horrible sense of humor and is very offensive to people as well. In almost every aspect, he is annoying and generally unintelligent.

And what does he get in return? Over 20,000,000 subscribers! He doesn't deserve this. His channel is overrated and downright foolish. He tries so hard to be funny that it's painful to watch almost all the time. His channel should be shut down, and he should have no fans whatsoever. His videos get old very fast. Watching his videos is like witnessing kittens being burnt alive. The fact that he attempts to be funny when he isn't is sad as well. Please, tell this to others, because what I have just described is all true. We need others to know about how much PewDiePie is lacking.

6 DramaAlert (KEEMSTAR) Daniel M. Keem (born March 8, 1982), better known by his online alias Keemstar, is an American YouTuber, podcaster, and streamer. A controversial figure, he is best known for being the host of the Internet popular culture news show DramaAlert, a source for news within YouTube. He is also one of the... read more

How is this ranked at 50?

The guy is racist and abusive. I honestly hate him, from his condescending voice to his utter disdain for his fanbase. He goes so far as to wish that his fans would die the slowest death imaginable, struggling for breath before finally succumbing to a terrible illness.

There are two kinds of people who make me want to believe in Christianity or Judaism: those who should be forever praised in Heaven and those who should be forever scorched in Hell. Keemstar falls into the latter category.

Has no one seriously seen the videos exposing him during all the live streams? He's a disgusting person. He rallies his fans to go harass other people, and he makes death threats to players on streams.

Even if you ignore him as a person (which, after seeing those videos, is hard to do), he's basically a sub-species of a reaction channel. He "reports" on YouTube drama and hosts debates that are set up by popular YouTubers. In other words, he piggybacks off other people's fame while adding nothing to his own content.

7 Jake Paul Jake Joseph Paul (born January 17, 1997) is an American social media personality and professional boxer. He initially rose to fame on Vine, before playing the role of Dirk Mann on the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark for two seasons. Throughout his career, Paul has become the subject of many controversies... read more

Basically, everything that's wrong with YouTube is embodied in this individual. Fake with his audience? Check. Bad influence? Check. Reprehensible person in real life? Check. Atrocious rapping? Check. Believes his wealth makes him an inspiration? Check. Followed by a legion of children who don't know better? Check. Constantly promoted by the website despite doing terrible things in the public eye? Check. Dominates the trending page like Buzzfeed? Check. Originated from Vine? Check. Vlogger? Check.

There is nothing of value to be gained from ever watching his or his brother's content. They are simply a waste of time you could be spending on better, funnier YouTubers who are at least genuinely good people. Logan Paul is most likely going to fade into obscurity in a few years, and that's honestly for the best - for him, his brother, and his father.

8 Logan Paul Logan Alexander Paul (born April 1, 1995) is an American YouTuber and social media personality. In addition to posting on his own YouTube channel, he has run the Impaulsive podcast since November 2018. As of January 2022, he has more than 23 million subscribers on YouTube... read more

I had a really hard time choosing between him, Jake, and Leafy. Here comes the hatred from lifeless twelve-year-olds who ask him to friend them on ROBLOX. The incident with the dead body was dismissed too easily. It just proves what greedy, idiotic morons are running today's networks. YouTube would have completely destroyed any other channel, yet this was trending. Not only that, but his punishment was a mere week of his channel being banned. It's like putting a four-year-old in the corner for five minutes and then letting them loose when they start sobbing. People need to realize the difference between someone who cares about others and some blonde, rich guy who thinks he's hot stuff. I've tried to find something positive to say about him, but I'm at a loss.

9 Sam Pepper Samuel Pepper (born 26 March 1989) is a British internet personality, prankster, TikToker and former YouTuber. He created his YouTube channel in 2010, which has accumulated over 2 million subscribers and 55 million video views as of October 2020. No new content has been uploaded to his channel since... read more

Another man that if I met, I would have punched in the face. Thank goodness I'm stuck on an island. Sam Pepper has sexually harassed so many women but always claims it's because it's a 'social experiment' or 'it's just a prank bro'. So if I came up to you and kicked you in the crotch, you would be okay with it?

Plus his sexual harassment claims don't stop there. It's not just on camera but off camera. Many women have claimed to be assaulted by Sam. While I do admit some of the claims seem false, a couple don't seem far from the truth. Another reason to get this bloke off YouTube.

10 RealAnnoyingOrange

I really wish this had just stayed one video. Believe it or not, I used to love this channel. I thought it was decent, not too annoying despite being called the Annoying Orange, and I laughed at it a lot. But since then, I've grown up a bit, and now these videos are just... I don't know what the heck I saw in these videos back then.

As the series went on, it got REALLY annoying, really fast! And yet people watch this crap and think it's funny? Seriously! How did an orange become so popular? Were people just bored with regular-looking humans and decided to make this piece of fruit their new source of entertainment? I don't know about you people, but putting human eyes and mouths on objects is just creepy! Even the special effects are horrible. They look like they used stock footage for other characters instead of CGI.

The characters are not interesting at all. Grapefruit is just your typical average jerk (and it's appropriate that his species is a grapefruit because grapefruits are just so sour). Marshmallow is just a marshmallow who is always cuddly and soft and keeps talking about unicorns, rainbows, puppies, and kittens. Seriously, Marshmallow, seek help. And then there's the worst main character of all time, Orange. I am even surprised he hasn't rotted yet or gotten cut up yet. Seriously! What is wrong with this fruit?! He says puns that are bad enough to make you want to ram yourself into a fridge! And I love puns, but Orange's are just horrible and overused. He has the most irritating laugh I've ever heard, and while he's annoying his guests so much with his unbearable comedy, they either get chopped up in ten seconds or less.

I don't get the whole point of the series existing, and I'm sure most people didn't either. The animation is terrible, the characters look like something out of a horror movie, the jokes are unbearably idiotic, and with too many unnecessary guest stars like Shane Dawson, Jamie Oliver, Toby Turner, and John Leguizamo,... more

11 The Game Theorists (MatPat) The Game Theorists is a YouTube channel that centers around gaming. They have shows such as Game Theory, The Science of, Sidequesting and Digressing, Crossover, Game Change, Culture Shock, and A Brief History... read more

The guy is egocentric and acts snobbish in every video he makes. Other people who make speculation videos aren't nearly as pretentious or even as proud of their position of making something like this up.

In some of his videos, there's way too much stuff pulled from nowhere. Not only that, in some videos he applies real-life physics to worlds with different types of said physics that function in entirely different ways (welcome to fiction, morons). This completely buries any sense of credibility that he may have had before his condescending voice started speaking. His catchphrase has hardly become reassurance anymore, it's a movement. A movement to be fully aware you enjoy his content because with the attitude he provides in his videos you can be hardly assured that he's not advocating it to be true considering his tone of voice and how staunchly he defends his stuff.

12 DaddyOFive FamilyOFive, originally known as DaddyOFive, was a controversial YouTube channel and online alias of Michael Christopher "Mike" Martin (born December 17, 1982), which focused on daily vlogging and "prank" videos. At its peak, the channel's videos featured Martin, his wife Heather Martin—also known... read more

Yeah, MatPat should not be above him. My hatred of MatPat has subsided for the most part, and even though he still has some bad videos, this dude was literally abusing his children on camera for the world to see. That's a little bit worse, don't you think?

This needs to be on top! I just watched a video DazGames made on them, and I honestly couldn't watch the whole thing. To me, it felt like watching somebody be tortured, which is what I imagine the kids felt like. Worst parents ever and worst channel ever, thinking that emotional abuse is pranking. Thank God they apparently lost their custody.

13 WatchMojo

Ugh, I cannot STAND WatchMojo. All of the choices for their top tens are either obvious, redundant, stupid, or all of the above. They never really give any insightful or thought-provoking opinions; they just give what the people want.

For example, any #1 spot for a list revolving around Zelda games/Nintendo games in general will ALWAYS be Ocarina of Time. Any gamer will tell you Ocarina of Time is a good game, we don't need WatchMojo for that. Another example, their top ten Broadway Show list put The Phantom of the Opera as the #1 spot. Again, we don't need WatchMojo to tell us how acclaimed TPOTO is!

As for stupid choices, they put Gravity Falls on a most hated Disney Channel cartoons list. Yeah, because that's SO hated on (Hint: Obvious Sarcasm.) I think I've said enough.

14 MattyBRaps Matthew David Morris (born January 6, 2003), better known as MattyB or MattyBRaps, is an American singer, rapper, and dancer who launched his career by gaining notoriety from YouTube, posting remix videos of popular music.

MattyBRaps has possibly the most annoying channel I've ever encountered on YouTube. His fan base consists mainly of 9-year-old girls. Ten-year-olds shouldn't even be on YouTube. He neither raps nor sings. His channel is as pathetic as his "rapping."

Ugh, he's a good kid. He's nice, positive, and just trying to live his dream. However, his rapping is awful. He might be the only Justin Bieber fanboy, and I can't stand his music. He ruins good songs, like Juicy. If you don't want to listen to his annoying voice, you could subscribe to MattyBVlogs, where there's no rapping.

15 ShaneDawsonTV Shane Lee Yaw (born July 19, 1988), known professionally as Shane Dawson, is an American YouTuber, writer, comedian, actor, director, musician, and media personality who began making Youtube videos in 2008. He became one of the first people to rise to fame on the video-sharing platform YouTube.

People need to stay away from his channel, along with many others. They're too harmful and should not be engaged with at any cost. Even as adults, these channels will rot our brains and pollute our minds with such trash. It's like taking a bath in a mixture of lava and poop.

Shane Dawson does exactly that: he curses, talks about sex, and makes up these stupid "challenges." A lot of other stars are doing that stuff these days, and it's just a huge disgrace to all of the internet and society.

Please, guys, stay away from YouTube at all costs.

P.S. YouTube's golden years ended before 2012. So sad.

16 Nicole Arbour

She is not a good person. She tries too hard to be funny and cool. When people say she needs to tone it down, even when advised by legit comedians, she gets defensive and says, "You just hate it because it's coming from a woman. If it was a man, you'd laugh." I have found evidence that she lies and scams her fans. A fan won a contest, and three years later, Nicole never sent the prize to the winner, just made up excuses for it. She's abusive too. She says people who don't see her as perfect should have been aborted.

All together, she's just a spoiled, rotten, rich girl who runs her mouth on camera, whines, and goes on a block spree on Twitter all the time. She is never going to stop if people keep watching her videos to see what she says next because of her immaturity. I honestly have not seen her newest videos. I refuse to watch them. She can flap her mouth all she wants. We just need to stop giving her what she wants and not give her our views. The more people that stop watching her videos, the less money she will get.

17 Feminist Frequency

This person is a disgrace. She constantly plays the victim and receives money from her naive supporters, essentially getting rich off of them. How can you claim to be "oppressed" when you can receive free money like that, especially when there are homeless men, women, and children everywhere? If she were born in a country like India or one of the poorer Middle Eastern countries, then she could legitimately complain about oppression in those specific places. However, she has no idea what it's like to actually be oppressed and is too ignorant to realize that she's not.

18 SkyDoesMinecraft Adam Dahlberg (born: January 17, 1993), better known online as Sky Does Everything or NetNobody (formerly SkyDoesMinecraft), is an American YouTuber, video game commentator, and former animator who gained prominence for their precursory Minecraft appeal, referring the Minecraft gold ingot item as "budder"... read more

Why watch someone play Minecraft when you can play it yourself? His videos are not interesting in the slightest. It's just a guy playing Minecraft and screaming. While his jokes can be funny at times, the act gets old really fast. The worst part: the fans. They claim that Sky is the best YouTuber in the world. YouTube was once about creativity. People posted things that were unique.

Listen to this, Sky fans: how many Minecraft videos do you see on YouTube? Thousands. The fans attack everyone who doesn't like Sky's videos. Sky's videos are very hard to sit through. Halfway into the video, I click on something else. I never found him funny, and it's a total mystery why people like him. The same goes for Tobuscus and PewDiePie. They get old very fast too. Sorry, Sky fans, but that's what I think. (Note: I don't hate Sky as a person, I just dislike his videos.)

19 Enes Batur

Enes Batur is a very controversial YouTube channel that has recently hit 10 million subscribers. His videos look incredibly similar to PewDiePie’s and many other creator’s content like Mr. Beast. He took it a step further when he started falsely claiming other creator’s videos and assigning fraudulent copyright strikes. He was mentioned and exposed by many YouTubers such as JT (formerly JonTron).

I added this item. He is one of the worst YouTubers in my opinion. He is the first Turkish creator to hit 10 million, but he got that from stealing other videos from even more famous YouTubers. He was briefly banned, but YouTube doesn’t terminate him because of his amount of subscribers. He even made it into YouTube Rewind 2019! How is that possible?

20 Peluchin Entertainment Matías Ignacio Vera Oyarzo (born: September 19, 2003), better known online as Peluchin Entertainment, is a Chilean former YouTuber in the Spanish YouTube community. He became infamous for a video showing him inflicting violent, fatal abuse on his pet cat named Jason Krueger.

It turns out he's not the only infamous animal abuser on YouTube. If you watch Nick Crowley or Savox's videos on the darkest/worst YouTube channels, you might give those fake animal rescue channels from Southeast Asia a bit of a mention. It's revealed that the people who run these channels were the ones that put those poor cats and dogs' lives in jeopardy. DollyFlesh is another one, and his channel was just creepy and unsettling. It's a perfect way to show who he really is: a twisted freak, like a young adult version of Sid from Toy Story, who killed innocent hamsters. Animals deserve better, and let these people burn in hell.

21 Morgz Morgan Hudson (born: August 6, 2001), better known online as Morgz, is a British YouTuber known for his pranks, challenges, sketches, and vlogs. He is well known throughout the community as YouTube's most infamous prankster and vlogger, creating videos like the Pause Challenge, and known as one of the... read more

So fake. His voice gives it away that it's fake. Honestly, if he actually believes his mom could lose her memory after getting hit by a plastic bat, then he has the brain of a 2-year-old. Chandler from Mr Beast once roasted Morgz, and he deserves it, seeing as his channel is like a dumber and less effective version. His girlfriend once shoved him down the stairs in a video, and I am very jealous.

All Morgz is a stupid little content farm. Not a single one of his videos is original. How do parents let their two-year-old kids watch this trash? All it is is pretty much a stimulant, like coffee, absolutely trashing these kids' minds. Honestly, I feel like the kids watching him are going to end up being high school dropouts.

22 IGN IGN is a San Francisco-based games and entertainment media company. It is operated by IGN Entertainment Inc., a subsidiary of J2 Global, and is wholly owned by Ziff Davis. IGN is known for its controversial reviews, where it gives questionable ratings to certain games using hit-or-miss logic.

IGN has had a reputation for horribly unprofessional reviews. The list includes reviews for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Sonic Lost World, Sonic Free Riders, every single Call of Duty game, Evolve, and Alien: Isolation, among others. Sometimes, the quality of reviews from IGN depends on who is actually doing the review. For example, the guy who reviews racing games seems to know what he's doing. However, other reviewers are completely biased and dishonest.

It's evident that they receive payments from gaming companies to give them good ratings, as demonstrated by their reviews for Call of Duty games. You can't honestly tell me that every game in the Call of Duty series deserves an 8/10, while the Battlefield games receive lower scores. Call of Duty hardly innovates with each release, whereas the Battlefield series does. Moreover, one "reviewer" from IGN once stated that he hated Roxas from Kingdom Hearts II - who is arguably the best character, story-wise - and took him five hours to complete the prologue, which usually takes just 1.5 hours. I call that nonsense.

IGN is not the only gaming news company guilty of this. Gamespot is also culpable. In summary, unless there's a reviewer who's actually unbiased, avoid relying on these companies when considering purchasing a game. Instead, go straight to Metacritic and look at user reviews to find the real truth behind the game you're interested in.

23 BuzzFeed BuzzFeed, Inc. is an American Internet media, news and entertainment company with a focus on digital media. Based in New York City, BuzzFeed was founded in 2006 by Jonah Peretti and John S. Johnson III to focus on tracking viral content. Kenneth Lerer, co-founder and chairman of The Huffington Post,... read more

Honestly, I think that BuzzFeed is the kind of thing that, at its best, is great and, at its worst, is absolute crap. You can't really blame it as a whole since it's such a big corporation. There are some things about BuzzFeed I actually like, such as BuzzFeed Unsolved, Ruining History, and Worth It, to name a few. But then there is just some stupid, stupid stuff on there.

The website is filled with hypocrites who fight racism with racism and sexism with sexism. Aimed strictly at non-white, regressive, LGBT, authoritarian left women under 30, their website is much worse. It features unfunny joke GIF lists that belong on Tumblr, quizzes with options that don't apply to you and celebrities you've never heard of, shopping lists passed off as articles, retreads of old articles that would make Cracked embarrassed, and daily homages to Disney princesses.

24 Behind The Meme

Causing memes to lose their trend faster isn't the reason why I don't like his content. It's more of a reason why he's hated. The reason I don't like his channel is because his history videos on memes are barely educational, the jokes are unfunny, he uses too much filler, and he literally plagiarizes websites like Know Your Meme. I could do way better than that. The only thing I have to praise is the editing. That's it. I wish I could help him improve his content so that people won't hate him, but sadly, Kyle Bryce quit YouTube, I think. Well, it's time for me to move on. I'm pretty sure he didn't go to college before he started his YouTube channel. Score: 3/10.

25 SammyClassicSonicFan Samuel "Sammy" Thomas (born October 31, 1998), known online as SammyClassicSonicFan or TheSammyClassicSonicFan, and formerly The Imperishable Sammy Zenith!, is an American YouTuber, best known for his past rants on video games and their associated communities.

I hate it when he screams and throws tantrums over the smallest things. And don't use "He's autistic, though" as an excuse. He's clearly not. I have a friend who's autistic, and I've met other people with autism. None of them are like him. He's not autistic. He's a sociopathic idiot. He's just using autism as a way to get people to feel sorry for him.

He's the reason why people make fun of Autism. I bet he doesn't have Autism at all. I bet he's just trying to make an excuse to make people feel sorry for him but nope, people started using Autism as an insult thanks to him. It's an ignorant world out there, people.
