1 Mr. Perfect Curtis Michael Hennig (March 28, 1958 – February 10, 2003) was an American professional wrestler. He performed under his real name for promotions including the American Wrestling Association (AWA), the World Wrestling Federation (WWF; now WWE), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and NWA Total Nonstop Action, also using the ring name Mr. Perfect in the WWF/E. Hennig was the son of wrestler Larry "The Axe" Hennig and the father of wrestler Curtis Axel.

Bobby the Brain Heenan was the man when it comes to seeing talent not just in the World Wrestling Federation but all round the world. This man was one of them, and it came at a perfect time. The year was 1990 and the Ultimate Warrior had just won the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Championship, and rules state he cannot have 2 titles at the same time. So, he dumped the InterContinental Title therefore a tournament was held, and Mr. Perfect was one of those in a tournament and with help from Heenan, he became the perfect Intercontinental champion.
