Top 10 WWE Feuds That Were Doomed to Fail
Many WWE wrestling feuds are great as long as there's a huge built up and both superstars have the perfect chemistry but not all feuds have the same feeling to them and then there are feuds where you could tell even before they started that it was going to fail either due to bad timing, a complete lack of chemistry or the fans unwilling to become invested in the feud. Not even on paper could this feud ever worked even worst it was dragged on way too long, they should have just had Jerry Lawler beat Cole at WrestleMania and just leave it at that but no they decided to give Cole the win and keep the feud going even though no one cared.
There was just no way this feud could have worked in the long run with their disastrous WrestleMania match before finally ending the feud at Summer Slam a feud that barely lasted a full year.
Not enough build up plus putting in Stephanie McMahon sure didn't help the feud.
No matter what they did, nothing could make jinder feel like a legit threat
There was just no way to make Roman Reigns look anywhere near to being a equal rival to Brock Lensar, plus the fans hated Reigns even before they started feuding no matter how hard the WWE pushed Roman to be the fan favorite fans just rejected him it was basically the battle of the unlikables and just to show how bright the company is WWE chose to revive the feud again in 2018 to the same reception.
The rivalry was completely rushed plus both men had terrible chemistry together nothing really worked and the feud was dropped after Payback.
The problem with the first feud was both men were on their way out of the company at the same time and when the fans found out they voiced their disapproval and just didn't care about the match, thankfully the second feud managed to make up for disaster from the first feud.
There was no reason for these two to feud together this was merely Mr. McMahon wanting to stick it to WCW by burying there talent.
