Any most popular list is based off facts. because most popular doesnt always mean the best. NO Reagan! According to polls Reagan is the most popular president in history. What is really biased is that Bush is on that list, the guy who is hated by more than half the country. Obama is also extremly unpopular and shouldnt be on the list.
