Top 10 Best Movies of 2026
Some movie years arrive with a tuxedo and a speech prepared. 2026 seems to have shown up carrying popcorn, fake blood, a space helmet, and at least one suspiciously animated farm animal. This list gives you a place to sort through the chaos and decide which films deserve the loudest applause, the repeat watch, or the honor of being defended online with way too much intensity.
Your votes help shape which 2026 movies rise above the noise. Maybe you favor big-screen spectacle, strange little gems, horror that makes you regret turning off the lights, or stories built around icons, creatures, crooks, and cosmic nonsense. Whatever your taste, this is where you can back the films that made the year worth watching.
-
Hoppers
It was way better than the trailers made it out to be.
-
The Sheep Detectives
At first, I thought this movie was completely ridiculous. So, I watched it to see how ridiculous it was, but it turns out it's a pretty good movie.
-
Project Hail Mary
Imaginative, human, believable, and a film unlike anything else out there.
-
The Mandalorian and Grogu
This is the Way.
-
Send Help
-
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie
Despite trying to add in too many Easter eggs into the movie, I still enjoyed it.
Don't listen to the critics. This was a great movie.
Best Mario movie based on Super Mario Galaxy. 10 out of 10.

Toy Story 5

In the Grey

Iron Lung
Highly recommend this one. It has great acting, atmosphere, tension, and everything you could potentially want in a horror movie. The pacing might be a bit slow, but it's genuinely solid. For a debut film, Markiplier showed a lot of impressive promise here. It's solid all around and worth checking out. Also, it's better than the FNAF movies, ngl.

Michael
A good recreation of the singer, his music, his dancing, and how he became the most successful singer of the '80s. It also recreates his childlike and introverted personality, which led him to almost consider animals his friends due to the strict discipline imposed by his father to help him achieve fame, depriving him of a normal childhood.
I wish Bohemian Rhapsody was this good.
Tuff movie. I love Michael Jackson.

Disclosure Day
Good work from Steven Spielberg. Disclosure Day is interesting, adventurous, wild, and weird. It's like I'm watching E.T., except aliens are not real. It's a good film.
-
Goat
Harris goes for the three-point winning shot.
By far, this should be in at least the top five.
