A lot of these guys are not even overrated. A large amount of them just suck like Soulja Boy Tellem and Plies. An overrated rapper is someone who has money, fame and critical acclaim; yet doesnt't match up lyrically or musically. Please take Eminem, Biggie and Pac off this list for the love of hip-hop music. These three had some of the best rhymes and talent to ever surface in American music. There is no denying their gifts; so there is not way in HELL that they anyone can claim they are overrated. Rap is about having cutting edge rhymes, wit, and general intelligence about important issues. They had it all, so please take them off this list, its not fair to them. Nas also deserves to be in the top 5 greatest rappers ever and is in no way overrated.
