Juice Cleanse

LizardKing99 I'm trying different things to lose weight, so today was my first day of a juice cleanse.
Drinking different juices and smoothies throughout the day amounted to a small intake of 580 calories. That's a huge contrast to my usual 1400.
It seems like a good idea but it is so hard. If you don't normally eat every meal, this might be easy for you. Then again, if you don't eat every meal, you probably shouldn't be doing a juice cleanse. I don't suggest trying this. I made it all day.
Until now.
Mediocre cheese pizza rolls have never tasted so godly.

You eat 1400 cal per day without a juice cleanse? Combined with cigarettes (unless "smoker" refers to marijuana, in which case, you should have more of an appetite, not that I would know), you continue eating those pizza rolls! - keycha1n (7/4/2015)

It could've also referred to much worse things now that I think about. All of which involve serious deterioration of the body. So if you get desperate, you'll lose lots of weight on methamphetamine and crack cocaine. Mostly from the lost of teeth and hair. :D - keycha1n (7/4/2015)

It's a plant scientifically named cannabis. The active ingredient is THC and it relaxes you. Its most commonly smoked because that's the fastest way to get it to the brain. There are no real health problems that come with taking it as long as you use it in moderation.

I have never smoked marijuana and intend to keep it that way, though. I think I'd get psychologically addicted. Though there's no physical withdrawal.
