  1. Brian Wilson

    Brian Douglas Wilson (1942-2025) was an American musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer best known for being the multi-tasking leader and co-founder of the Beach Boys.

    Another music legend gone. He was the cofounder and main songwriter of the legendary group The Beach Boys, one of the greatest songwriters of all time and one of the last music geniuses.

    Despite being a gifted songwriter, Brian's mental state severely deteriorated starting in 1964. He battled drug and alcohol addiction and had a strained relationship with other band members (especially Mike Love, whom fans often portrayed as the "villain" of the band). He quit The Beach Boys in 1976 before returning in 1990.

    Brian was 82 and has now joined his brothers Carl and Dennis in heaven.

    Now the question is: will The Beach Boys continue without Brian or call it quits? We will see.

    This was an absolutely huge loss for wrestling.

    We lost a true legend to cardiac arrest.

    He was the greatest WWE wrestler of all time and left us too soon.

    R.I.P. (August 11, 1953 - July 24, 2025).

    The wrestling legend died of a heart attack at age 71. Although I'm not a fan of his persona, that one was unexpected.

    You know he was a legend when not even a day after his death, he's already at No. 7.

    This is a sad loss for cinema. This Oscar-winning American actor, best known for his roles in 1970s movies such as The French Connection, was found dead alongside his wife, classical pianist Betsy Arakawa, in their Santa Fe home.

    The causes of their deaths are still unknown, but apparently it was not a homicide. Their dog was also found dead. He was 95 years old.

    Edit: Gene died from heart failure and was also struggling with Alzheimer's disease during his final years.

    He's one of the greatest actors of his generation, and we'll miss him.

    Another sad loss for music. Ozzy Osbourne started his career as the lead singer of heavy metal pioneers Black Sabbath until his departure in 1978. He went on to embark on a successful solo career and later reunited with Black Sabbath starting in the 2000s.

    He was nicknamed "The Prince of Darkness" due to his dark persona and aesthetic, as well as his long history of substance abuse. During the 2000s, Ozzy became a reality TV personality when he starred in MTV's The Osbournes, alongside his wife and manager Sharon and two of their children, Kelly and Jack. He also co-founded Ozzfest with Sharon Osbourne, which became a notable metal festival that helped many contemporary bands gain exposure.

    Ozzy performed his final show on July 5 in Birmingham, England. He was 76. RIP to this legend (1948-2025).

    I'm saddened about her death, as she was a talented vocalist and pianist. I admire her iconic song "Killing Me Softly with His Own Song," which helped me become more interested in R&B music. Rest in power.
