Skyler White (Breaking Bad)
Skyler White is the wife of Walter White in the television series Breaking Bad. Many people find her to be an unlikable character due to her representing a negative stereotype that women are hypocritical, annoying, and helpless.
In addition, while not nearly as bad as her husband, she still has engaged in unethical, cruel, and morally questionable behavior as the show progressed, including lying and manipulating, aiding and abetting Walter's criminal empire of drugs and violence, running a corrupt business to launder money, having an affair with her boss, getting Walter to dispose of their son's car, and attacking her husband with a knife after recently trying to commit suicide in the pool on his birthday to destroy the mood.
On top of all this, Skyler has also been very disrespectful to her family members by thinking her 16-year-old son should go to boarding school even though he doesn't have that long until high school is finished. She also relies on other family members, such as her sister Marie and brother-in-law Hank, to take care of her children and keep them safe even though that is her responsibility. She also forces others, including her young daughter, to inhale secondhand smoke by smoking cigarettes indoors and says degrading things such as "shut up!" and "I am waiting until the cancer comes back!" (which is considered a form of abuse) because she hates her husband but doesn't make any sense by not reporting him to authorities despite knowing how dangerous he is. She gave all the money from Walter to Ted, therefore stealing and embezzling money without her husband's knowledge. Skyler also trespassed onto Jesse's private property. All of this proves she has no regard or respect for anyone but her own interests.
She is an overbearing mother who thinks she's entitled for some reason.
Marie Schrader (Breaking Bad)
Marie Schrader is the wife of drug enforcement agent Hank Schrader in the television series Breaking Bad. She is known for being the sister of Skyler White and suffering from mental health challenges such as kleptomania, which causes her to shoplift and steal things.

Killian Jones (Once Upon a Time)
In addition to piracy (given that he's a pirate captain), Killian Jones (Hook) has:
- Murdered people who didn't deserve it.
- Bullied a weaker man (namely Rumple, before he became the Dark One) for fun.
- Tried to kill an innocent woman (Belle) on multiple occasions, first by knocking her unconscious, then stalking her and pointing a gun at her face, and finally shooting her, causing her to lose her memories.
- Committed domestic abuse against his supposed true love, Emma Swan. This includes calling her "dried up," "useless," and a "pretty blonde distraction," as well as gaslighting her into proposing to him by not telling her that he killed her grandfather.
I doubt he truly regrets any of this, given that he only apologized to Emma and Belle when he wanted something from them in return.
To make things worse, after his death in Season 5, the writers used an overused plot device (deus ex machina) to bring him back, even though it runs contrary to what the show's canon previously said about the dead not being able to return.
