The Top Ten
1 Michael Jackson Michael Jackson (Michael Joseph Jackson; August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American singer, dancer, and songwriter. He passed away from cardiac arrest caused by a propofol and benzodiazepine overdose on June 25, 2009. He donated (at least) a remarkable 500,000,000 dollars to charity. Michael... read more

There will never be another Michael Jackson. People should stop saying others will be "the next Michael Jackson" because that doesn't exist. Michael truly had an incredible God-given talent and nurtured it with practice. However, no amount of practice can make up for the amount of talent this performer had. He has more talent in the curl hanging over his eye than anyone else has in their entire body. I'll love him forever. He is the greatest ever!

Michael Jackson was this planet's hero and always will be. Usher is nothing compared to him. He can never beat Michael, not even in a dream. Indians are with him. He is the god of all. Then, how can a person beat a god? This is impossible. This will never happen. This is the Michael fans' challenge to everybody.

2 Chris Brown Christopher Maurice "Chris" Brown (born May 5, 1989) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actor. Born in Tappahannock, Virginia, he was involved in his church choir and several local talent shows from a young age. He is most well known for his physical assault towards the singer Rihanna in... read more

The key to being a good dancer is having the heart. You can be an amazing dancer and not have the heart and throw it all away. When he dances, he goes into his own world. He is not embarrassed, and he feels free, and nothing is stopping him. This makes his performance the best!

Chris Brown is not only the best dancer of our time, but he is also athletic, so he can do backflips, etc. He is a legend and an icon. People like Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, Austin Mahone all look up to Chris Brown.

Chris is the man. I am from Jamaica, and I want Chris to visit our country once again but in Manchester!

3 Usher Usher Terry Raymond IV is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor. Born in Dallas, but raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee was where he lived until moving to Atlanta, Georgia at the age of 12 where his mother put him in local singing competitions all over the city.

When it comes to dancing and singing at the same time, no male entertainer can maintain their vocals with movement like Usher. The only person who shows better breath support would go back to Michael Jackson.

Really!? Everybody knows that Usher is the best second dancer, which means he is way better than Shakira, Beyoncé, Britney, and most of all, way better than Chris Brown. All I'm saying is that this list isn't fair at all.

Usher's flair and smoothness isn't matched by anyone in the modern era. Was the first to make street dancing (freestyle) mainstream.

4 Britney Spears Britney Jean Spears, born on December 2, 1981, is an American former singer and actress. She was born in McComb, Mississippi, and raised in Kentwood, Louisiana. As a child, she performed acting roles in stage productions and television shows, such as "The Mickey Mouse Club," before signing with Jive... read more

Britney is quite the dancer. Her singing is average, but damn, she knows how to move! Watch the Me Against The Music video. The choreography is so complex, and she manages to do it.

Watch her performances since the beginning of her career from 1998. Britney can really dance and put on quite a show.

Britney manages to execute difficult and challenging choreographies with such ease!

5 Beyoncé Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, is an American singer and actress, who started out in the popular pop/r&b girl group Destiny's Child. They had multiple top 5 hits such as "No, No, No", "Say My Name", "Bills, Bills, Bills", "Survivor", "Independent Women", "Bootylicious", and "Jumpin', Jumpin" from... read more

Beyoncé is known as the complete package! As an African American, she is MY girl. She can sing, dance, act, all at the same time. Her dancing is fierce! Also, Mariah Carey's voice edges out anyone's ability to dance, sing, or act at the same time. She hits those notes like butter!

Even at one point, you will feel Michael Jackson is no match for this lady. To get the proof, watch her live performances and concerts. They are the proof why this lady is magical. It is also the reason why she can top the charts and grab those GRAMMYs.

6 Janet Jackson Janet Jackson is a singer and dancer who is well known for her sexually graphic records, iconic performances, and slightly weak voice. She is regarded as a sex symbol through her songs and videos.

The Female Answer to Michael and the creator of the style Beyoncé, Britney, and Ciara use today. Beyoncé may ask you to bow down, but Janet Jackson built the throne, so kiss the ring of the Queen.

Janet is a true queen. She doesn't have to tell you to bow down. You do so because she deserves it.

Janet is better than Britney and the other female singers.

7 Shakira Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll is a Colombian-Spanish singer, songwriter, dancer, record producer, choreographer, and model.

Britney Spears lip-syncs a lot, but Shakira sings and dances at the same time without struggle. She is one of the best singers of all time in my opinion. Britney Spears may sing live, but the backtrack is louder than her voice, so you can't really hear her real voice. Shakira doesn't use any backtrack, and she still manages to do it.

Shakira may not be a professional dancer. There is no technique in her moves...BUT she creates her own moves, and they are UNIQUE. Plus, she can belly dance, which is her signature. When someone thinks about moving their hips, it's all about "moving the hips like Shakira".

8 James Brown James Joseph Brown was an American singer, songwriter, dancer, musician, record producer and bandleader. A progenitor of funk music and a major figure of 20th century popular music and dance, he is often referred to as the "Godfather of Soul".

Sorry, guys. James Brown started it all, and his footwork was flawless. From Jagger to MJ, everybody after him took his moves.

9 Prince Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 - April 21st, 2016) was an American musician, best known for being one of the most popular and influential artists from the 80s, with songs such as "Purple Rain", "Little Red Corvette", "1999", and "When Doves Cry" .

Prince is only 3%? The people voting must be way too young to remember what a phenomenal dancer he was!

10 Jason Derulo Jason Joel Desrouleaux, better known by his stage name Jason Derulo (an alternate spelling of his surname), is an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. He is best known for his singles such as "Whatcha Say", "Ridin' Solo", "In My Head", "What If", "Wiggle", "Talk Dirty", "Trumpets" and "Want To Want... read more

I think that Jason Derulo should be on TV to sing to Ellen and everybody in the world.

Wow, wow, he's the best dancer. Look at him dancing in Talk Dirty, Wiggle Wiggle, Want to Want Me, Whatcha Say, Ridin' Solo...

Out of your list, I think Jason Derulo is the BEST!

The Contenders
11 Justin Timberlake Justin Randall Timberlake is an American singer-songwriter, actor, dancer, and record producer. Born and raised in Tennessee, he appeared on the television shows Star Search and The All-New Mickey Mouse Club as a child.

Justin Timberlake is the most complete artist on Earth right now... dancer, singer, actor... he's behind Michael...

Justin Timberlake, in my opinion, is the second-best dancer who is also a singer. He follows closely behind Usher.

The best all-around performer today.

12 Nicole Scherzinger Nicole Scherzinger, born Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente on June 29, 1978, is an American singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, and television personality. She first rose to fame as the lead singer of the pop/r&b group The Pussycat Dolls.

She's better than Beyonce in my opinion because with Nicole, at least it's all her. It's natural. Beyonce is possessed. She even looks demonically possessed when she is performing, and that's why she can dance, and it doesn't affect her singing. Either she is possessed, or she is lip-syncing. I can't even take Beyonce seriously.

She sings and dances like in Broadway. This girl actually has a great voice and dancing skills. She should be in the top ten. I mean, come on, Katy Perry is even higher ranked than her. Ridiculous!

13 Bruno Mars Peter Gene Hernandez, professionally known by his stage name Bruno Mars, is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and choreographer... read more

He does dance. Actually, he can dance. Listen to his live performances. He can dance.

Why only 14! He doesn't belong here!

14 Ciara Ciara Princess Harris, known mononymously as Ciara, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, model and actress. She is married to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.

Ciara is definitely the best female dancer, period! No other female can dance like her. Heck, her only competition would be Chris Brown! Sorry, ladies!

This girl's dancing skills are what made her career. Without her dancing, she would not have a career. Cause the girl can't sing!

Your legs will start to burn just by watching her moves. Hard work, precision, and elasticity, honey.

15 Jennifer Lopez Jennifer Lynn Lopez, also known as J. Lo, is an American singer, actress, dancer, fashion designer, author and producer.

JLo should be on top over Britney and Beyoncé. JLo is a professional dancer and she is still performing like in her 20s. She can beat the other pop divas anytime.

She is an awesome dancer, and she really grooves her moves!

JLo is a better singer and a much more impressive dancer. Sometimes JLo sings below the original note, but at that time, the moves she does compensate 200% to the beat. As per my rating, JLo and Beyoncé both are the divas with the best dancing and singing quality.

16 Lady Gaga Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, known professionally as Lady Gaga, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress.

On the start of her career, she performed at an event called the Lollapalooza Festival during 2007 whereby a record label company Interscope found her due to her performance... read more

17 Adam Lambert Adam Mitchel Lambert is an American singer, songwriter and stage actor. Since 2009, he has sold over 2.5 million albums and 5 million singles worldwide.

In my opinion, the ONLY vocalist who can dance and stay perfectly in tune. None of the others on this list can dance and stay perfectly in tune, certainly not Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, or Madonna. They all warble and change pitch, whereas Adam Lambert doesn't. Superb vocalist.

18 Freddie Mercury Freddie Mercury (born Farrokh Bulsara, 5th September 1946 - 24th November 1991) was a Zanzibari-born British singer of Indian descent, songwriter and record producer, known as the lead vocalist and songwriter of the British rock band Queen. She influenced a lot of singers such as: Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Beyonce Knowles and Britney Spears. She is known as Queen of Pop and at modern pop culture specifically... read more

Of course, it's Madonna. I cannot even compare these bimbo artists to the effort put by Madge on the stage.

Madonna is the best artist dancer of all time, by far!

Should be in the top part of this list!

20 Mick Jagger Sir Michael Philip "Mick" Jagger is an English singer, songwriter, and actor, best known as the lead vocalist and a co-founder of the Rolling Stones.
21 Bobby Brown Robert Barisford Brown is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, actor and rapper. Brown started his career in the R&B and pop group New Edition, from its inception in 1978 until his exit from the group in 1985.

How is this man not even on the list?! You Tube Bobby Brown AMAs My Prerogative and then get your act together and vote!

22 Elvis Presley Elvis Aaron Presley (January 8, 1935 – August 16, 1977) was an American singer and actor. Dubbed the "King of Rock and Roll", he is regarded as one of the most significant cultural icons of the 20th century. No doubt Michael Jackson is #1, but Elvis should at least be in the top 3. R.I.P Elvis Presley.

23 Tina Turner Tina Turner, née Anna Mae Bullock, was a singer, dancer, actress and author, whose career spanned more than half a century, earning her widespread recognition and numerous awards.

Her talent for dancing and singing showed at an early age. Check out her dancing at the opening of her 1971 concert in Holland and during the song "Land of 1000 Dances" at The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour in 1969.

During all her tours, she danced to most songs until she finished her final tour at the age of 69.

24 Ne-Yo Shaffer Chimere Smith, better known by his stage name Ne-Yo, is an American R&B singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer and actor.

Miss Independent, Closer, and One in a Million, what a dancer!

25 Katy Perry Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, professionally known by her stage name Katy Perry, was born on October 25, 1984 in Santa Barbara, California. She is a singer, songwriter, actress and an ambassador on one of the most popular companies of now, UNICEF... read more

I adore KP! She's one-of-a-kind. Her first album 'One Of The Boys' is pop-rock, her second album 'Teenage Dream' is pop, and her recent album 'Prism' is Swedish pop-dance music. She does all sorts of genres so everyone can like her - including me.
