Big Brother 21 - Week I Recap

Hey here's a new first, but A YouTube Channel you could say inspired me to cover this new season of Big Brother. Therefore I fought sure why not. I have a mixed reception with the cast itself, and I can see why the fans were a bit concerned by the selection that is seen. Actually, why don't we get more into the cast itself and get our first impression and see how much it changes from your likability of some of these houseguests...

Jackson Michice - A server from Tennessee who gives me a Jessie vibe and somebody who looked like a guy who could of been one of the five out right away. Just based on his look he was a threat right away, and yet his living up to one thing his the next Mr. Pectacular a poor man's version though.

Nicole Anthony - A Preschool Aide? So by that we mean like A Co-Taught assistant or somebody to put them to sleep? I'm not sure from this every weird like intro to be honest. Now nerds can either be great or be out quick like Cameron, and this one doesn't seem to care if she loses so can't say I could route for somebody like that.

Jack Matthews - A.K.A definitely not Aquaman/Jason Momoa but let's cast him anyways. I'll admit I fought he'd be the guy I'd actually like. Intro seems kinda corny, but cool hey he came to play and yet somebody many will try to get out quickly the ceiling... maybe jury house to the very end.

Kemi Fakunle - Much more tolerable than Bayleigh for sure, however what she says in the intro is exactly what she does wrong from Day freaking one I don't kid you on that. To the point everybody online blames on race when its not, but well get to that later.

Kathryn Dunn - An Executive who was once a cheerleader quite the resume sounds good in terms of the entertainment value part of it. I'm sensing Janelle in you for sure.

Ovi Kabir - Yep another a College student added in the mix once again well they caught onto that trend will it continue or go down? Ovi could slip back or he could be a big swing of a miss nobody saw coming.

Tommy Bracco - A Broadway dancer with a new Yorker accent at first all I could think of was that one Joe Pesci movie is what Tommy reminds me of not sure if that's in a good way or what really as he could be a sneaky good player if he picks his spots at the right times.

Holly Allen - Miss Wyoming huh? She's a mix of Angela from last years Big Brother, and also oddly enough Heidi Gardner from Saturday Night Live just by the look of the face minus the crow eyelashes. Its repetitive, but that's all I got was that she could be a tough competitor though down the road.

(Than we get to the other half who enter shortly afterwards)

Christie Murphy - I'm getting with this intro you seem like Kaitlyn in almost every sense I take it? You were also who I fought would be crying the most to boot.

David Alexander - A photographer, well the last one who was on ended up getting pushed to the final 3. Let's see how you do David after Celebrity Big Brother 2 had a historic winner will that trend build or be considered a fluke?

Sam Smith - A Truck driver who shares a name as a musician who has the biggest tattoo to show off going into the Big Brother house. His voice could get on my nerves, but hey you're straight so I'll back off you play like a comp beast.

Cliff Hogg III - Sounds kinda flamboyant for a middle aged man, and one I actually want to route for not to be outta the house first at the very least. Seeing he says he's been through tons of adventures let's see how that translates into the Big brother house.

Jessica Milagros - Okay I dislike her, I just get loath vibes from her. I like most models from past seasons, but this one rubs me the wrong way. For a first ever Plus Size player i'm guessing her strength well be more less social than any Comps right?

Analyse Talavera - Now this... that's untouchable look right there. Analyse is by far the best looking houseguest hands down. An athlete that's gonna make her dangerous down the road, and she has familiarity with the game being one of her favorites being Daniele Donato who she reminds me of when she returned with that look. Hopefully she goes far in the game just that I need something to look at if things do escalate.

Nick Maccarone - Okay how does this guy look like a Therapist? In the intro his seen playing hoops almost like that's his secret hobby a basketball player who could not make the NBA. Many fans think his the guy who could win by most projections i'm not sure I need to believe it when I see it.

Isabella Wang - Lastly we have Isabella who is often compared to Jun initially, and I can see that seeing this intro I got a good laugh at. To me if she can float on by to the end than nice for her.

With the cast outta the way we now get on with the show. In the first episode we learn of a new twist, and a new themed environment that would hint the idea. In a campaigned style approach of obtaining Camp Director, only two houseguests would push that agenda that they wanted it badly. David and Cliff also had interests in this Camp Director, but had received no votes. Jessica, and Jackson were the only real candidates left, but by a vote of 10-4 the majority picked Jackson, but what they would not realize is that the power in hand would be dearly for one of the four users to battle back into the house itself. Jessica, Cliff, David, and Kemi were all banished by a creepy guy in a Squirrel outfit kidnaps our houseguests in pitch dark action. Cliff easily gets out with great while it took the other three a good portion of time to find the exit, and somehow David's kryptonite is he just could not see, and yet lost to somebody like Jessica babbles me. David is defeated but his game is not yet over as Julie Chen points out. Next was the first HOH of the summer title ''Color Wars.'' Where two houseguests randomly picked side by side to hold onto the large pillars for dear life to win. Ultimately the winner was Christie who had formed a six team alliance (Jack, Jackson, Nick, Isabella, Holly) before the competition could not have come at a better time to plan that out really. Eventually Analyse, and Tommy joined the massive alliance called Gr8ful Eight (Hateful Eight) not exactly the best name, but meh I guess.

Houseguests placed their names onto which Whacktivity Comp they would play in that style of comp. As selected in their own area the first of three comps would begin real soon, and i'll admit I feel bad fro those who had to do that one the smell alone is enough to make a person wanna say I quit to that awful revolting odor. Ovi ends up with the correct smell pattern and has the Nightmare power ''The power allows him to make the current HoH rename their nominees for the week in the middle of the night once all others are asleep. The original nominees for the week are safe and cannot be nominated again.'' Problem is he can't use it once the veto is in play thus he got blindsided by the snakes that played him real easily. Before that took place they formed a ''fake'' alliance called The Fab 5 (I believe). In the Veto Kaycee came by to host the comp seeing she dominated this exact one she was great in, and most house guests were not that good at this only two had the right precision in Jack and Sam. It was close, but Sam the truck Driver won the first veto of the summer. Sam admits that he was gonna save Cliff from impending doom, and in that case Christie is in full panic mode who to put up in his place possibly. Jack tries to persuade her who there targets will be moving forward (Kemi, Jessica, and Ovi) This upsets Christie as if its his HOH. Normally when somebody plays too hard to fast there out pretty quick and yet he dodge a bullet there. Getting very tearful she comes clean as to what's up with Sam, and some others why she was upset at Jack, and honestly that would of been a bold move if Jack was up on the block, but no she decides to go with Ovi while also getting blood on her hands in the process. By a unanimously vote Ovi is gone even despite on the live feeds it sounded like Kat was ready to leave, but whatever I guess seeing the whole Kat, and Jackson relationship is very complex and weird all together. Shortly after that the Trivia fireworks go out, and it came down Jack, and stunningly Jessica who was awful in the first HOH somehow made it this close to actually winning dear god help me. Luckily Jack won the HOH to the outrage of the fans. Yeah why i'm I routing for a guy who's being labeled a racist? Well i'll take a guy whose cutthroat than somebody I just had bad vibes from the first day. I'll save more of his reign to come, but for now this is a good stopping point, and I don't keep track of the live feeds very well so sorry if i'm just going by the airings i'm seeing them to be, but that is how I'll cover these for now check in for Week 2 on the way Bye.
