Top 10 Easiest Video Game Bosses

The Top Ten
Big Bob Omb - Super Mario 64

Can you even get hurt during this boss if we don't count falling off the cliff, which has a really small chance of happening by accident?

It kills me to say this, but when I was six, I spent four months trying to beat this guy. Nowadays, I could beat him in about one minute.

I used to think he was hard. Then, hello emulators. Due to my slow internet speed, this guy was a cakewalk.

Cloud 'N Candy - Yoshi's Story

You kill him by licking, and when you do that, you heal yourself. Need I say more? Need I really say more?

The only way to die is to not know how to eat! I think this is easier than sitting down.

He's candy. You're supposed to kill him by licking.

Golem Overlord - Chrono Trigger
Bob the Goldfish - Earthworm Jim

This boss should be #1. In the boss fight, you don't even fight him. Just walk right up to him, and boom, you defeat him. No challenge at all.

Oh, and a goldfish has to be one of the stupidest and least intimidating bosses I've ever seen. Earthworm Jim can be a challenging game, but this boss fight is nothing.

In the sequel, the fight with him starts off as a Mortal Kombat match, but that turned out to be a joke too, as the only way to defeat him was to just pick him up and eat him. I guess that's what a fight with a goldfish would be like.

The Leader - The Incredible Hulk

How is anything above this boss? All you have to do is walk up to him and push one of the attack buttons. THAT is easy.

The Leader does absolutely nothing. He doesn't move, he doesn't attack, and it takes one hit of any kind to kill him. All the other bosses on this list do at least SOMETHING that adds a challenge.

I assure you, the Leader from The Incredible Hulk makes every other boss above it feel like you are facing all of the bosses of Dark Souls in one room with no means of healing. IT'S THAT EASY!

Tac - Kirby Air Ride
Old King Coal - Banjo-Tooie

You just climb on a rock that doesn't turn into lava, then shoot him to death.

Stand on a big rock and shoot him until he dies.

Baby Bowser - Yoshi's Story Baby Bowser, referred to simply as Bowser, is the infant version of Mario's arch-nemesis Bowser, and the main antagonist of the Yoshi's Island series.

Baby Bowser is just weak. A fight against him is not as hard as against Bowser. I must agree that Bowser is not the strongest video game boss, but he is seriously bad!

Lucien - Fable II

He stands still talking the entire time. He doesn't react when you pull out a gun. He dies in one hit. If you don't shoot him, Reaver does.

The Leader from The Incredible Hulk is the only one easier than Lucien. You can literally beat that guy in 2 seconds.

A boss so easy, even the list creator chimed in about it. It's that bad.

Starman Jr. - Earthbound

There are two things I learned about Earthbound from one boss. (1) Pokey stinks. (2) Flies are overpowered. For the 98% of people who haven't played Earthbound, this is the first boss you meet, and he gets beaten up by a fly.

I'm pretty sure if you didn't have the fly (forgot his name), it would be a lot harder. It's funny that the fly kills an alien but later meets the demise of all flies: getting whacked.

This is not in the top 10? You're kidding me. Do you seriously think Dark Nebula deserves a spot on the top 10? He just sits in depression and suicide. He only does 1 damage, and he drops 3 EXP!

The Newcomers

? Oscar Espinosa - Just Cause
? Armquist - Destroy All Humans
The Contenders
Mysterio - Spider-Man 2 Mysterio is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is most often depicted as an enemy of Spider-Man. He made his debut in The Amazing Spider-Man #13. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is portrayed by Jake Gyllenhaal.

The part in the theater was hard, but the other part was easy.

Walk up to Mysterio, punch him once, and you win.

Wait, this fight reminds me of the Electrocutioner in Arkham Origins. You punch him once and he's down.

Topmaniac - Super Mario Galaxy

Even the daredevil comet is pretty easy.

Gohma - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

All you do is hit him with a seed, then slash his eye two times. He doesn't even do anything. I would just stand there, and he would stand there and watch me. Just awful. Pure awful.

Why are people so critical about Gohma being so easy? DUH, it's the first boss. What did you expect?

Phantom Train - Final Fantasy VI

Just use a Phoenix Down and he's dead in one hit.

Dark Nebula - Kirby Squeak Squad

Way to be a final boss. Dark Daroach was harder than Dark Nebula.

Eyerok - Super Mario 64
King Statue - Mother 3
Lord Crump - 1st Battle - Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
Waddle Dee - Kirby Super Star Waddle Dee is a fictional character of the HAL labatory franchise Kirby. Waddle Dee is a servant of King Dedede, and has been in every single Kirby game. Waddle Dee also appears in the anime "Kirby : right back at ya!".

This boss is hilariously easy. I've been able to beat him without him even touching the ground, so surely that's got to be easier than all these other bosses.

Looks at Waddle Dee. Facepalm. Looks around, expecting something. Anything... Nothing. I sucked him up. Waited for a plot twist. Nothing. Facepalms again. This is the whole fight.

He has a boss life bar, but is as easy as a regular Waddle Dee. Just suck him up and spit him out, and he's dead.

Bowser - Super Mario Bros. Bowser is the main antagonist of the Mario Bros. Franchise. From kidnapping Princess Peach to simply destroying a fun game between Mario and Friends in the Mario Party spinoff series, this king of the Koopas has set up a certain hatred towards himself amongst the large cast of Mario Characters. He first... read more

All you have to do is get the hammer, and the bridge will break. All Bowser battles in the original Super Mario Bros. are almost the same, except Bowser occasionally attacks. But that's easy, too!

You only need a mushroom. Run on him, get damaged, abuse the invincibility frames, and touch the axe. Great job, Mario, but our princess is in another castle!

This guy was too weak at first, but he gets better as many games pass. He's a legend.

Whispy Woods - Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards

I have it on my NES. I beat it on the first try and lost hardly any health.

Papu Papu - Crash Bandicoot

Just stand in one spot, jump over his attacks, and strike when the opportunity comes. Papu Papu deserves a chance.

This is the easiest boss ever. His only attacks are trying to hit you with his tribal staff and spinning in a circle with his staff sticking out. All you have to do is jump on his head three times, and then he's dead. That's it.

He is the obese leader of the tribesmen of N. Sanity Island.

Baby Bowser - Mario and Luigi Partners in Time Baby Bowser, referred to simply as Bowser, is the infant version of Mario's arch-nemesis Bowser, and the main antagonist of the Yoshi's Island series.

Well, it depends on which fight. With his bigger self, he's hard. But in the beginning, you are forced to attack. Is it even possible to die in this fight?

Metal Man - Mega Man 2

I beat him on the first try (used his own weapon).

Bianca - 1st Battle - Pokemon Black & White
