1. Jana Gana Mana - India

   It is a truly native Asian anthem that doesn't follow a Western theme.

   It defines the soul of India. It is also a declaration of democracy: "The people of India are the rulers of India."

   It doesn't give credit or focus on any institution or personality like a queen, king, Allah, or God. It delivers a feeling of unity between multiple cultures.

   The Indian anthem is the best.

   It's really poetic and takes you on a journey through its different regions and physical settings, creating a sense of national integration.

   A true masterpiece!

2. Qaumi Tarana - Pakistan

   I don't agree with you. This is the best because Pakistani national singers have enthusiasm for Pakistan.

   It is the best because the words of the Pakistani national anthem have deep meanings.

   Best national anthem and better than America, India, and Israel.

   It shows the bravery and patriotism of every Filipino. I'm proud and thankful for this God-given gift.

4. Amar Shonar Bangla - Bangladesh

   The Bangladeshi national anthem was written by Rabindranath Tagore. He is one of the greatest poets in the world.

   He also wrote the national anthems of Sri Lanka and India.

   My favorite Asian national anthem is Bangladesh's.

   The melody might sound a bit depressing at first, but the lyrics are incredibly optimistic and hopeful. "Hatikvah" in Hebrew means "The Hope" and it can fit both sad and happy events.

   I am from Israel and I feel very spirited, calm, and happy when listening to the music.

   The Nepali national anthem is the best because it says that hundreds of flowers make one garland.

   We all Nepali are united, just like that garland, made up of many flowers.

   It talks about our history, geography, races, languages, religions, and culture.

7. Indonesia Raya - Indonesia

   As an Indonesian, I'm very proud to vote for my country's national anthem. Indonesia Raya has very powerful lyrics. All parts of the lyrics (actually, we have three stanzas, and what you always hear in any ceremony is just the first stanza) show not only the pride and spirit of the Indonesian people, but also our prayers and hopes.

   I have no words to say. From my view, this is the best national anthem in the world!

   I love how the lyrics and the music fit perfectly and give goosebumps to everyone who listens to it. I'm talking about the three stanzas.

   It's very beautiful.

   The meanings of the words and how they are put together are really nice.

   It's beautiful. It's like rising up from the world.

   This is the best national anthem in the world.

    It has so few words (shortest anthem in the world), yet it packs a lot of meaning, like many poems do. Mostly about praising the Emperor, though.

    The fact that it was used during the days of the empire might turn some people off. But it fits Japan as a whole, although I think it would be much more suited as a royal anthem.

    Really captures the poetic beauty of the Japanese language.
