Best Songs From MEG's Beam
Beam is the fourth album by MEG. It is her first album to be released through Universal Music Japan.
It is also her first album to be produced by Nakata Yasutaka from the electronica duo Capsule. "Dreamin Dreamin" is a cover of a song by Capsule, originally from their 2006 album FRUITS CLiPPER.
The album also includes remixes of "GIRLY STEP" and "Love Letter."

Her cover of this is pretty great, and I like how Nakata made it a little different from his original version of Dreamin Dreamin.
But I wish she had covered Portable Kuukou by CAPSULE.

It's alright. It has robotic vocals, but I like her rapping with robotic vocals in this.
This is also the only song on the album that's fully in English. This song is also 7 minutes long.

Love Letter (Ajapai Remix)
Better than the original song, and Ajapai made it more fun in my opinion.
It sounds like a song for Roblox though (classic Roblox).

It's alright. It just sounds like an older song or something from an older Roblox game (instrumental). I was pretty surprised that Nakata made the track, and I thought someone else had produced it.
It's a little boring, but it's alright. I respect anyone's opinion who likes it.

My least favorite track off the album. It's alright, but I respect anyone's opinion who likes this a lot.
She didn't need autotune in this, and I like the Plan B version more. I wish I'm In Love was on this album though.
