Best Songs on the Metallica: Through the Never Album

Metallica: Through the Never is a 2013 live soundtrack by the American heavy metal band Metallica. The name is derived from both the track of the same name on their eponymous (Black) album from 1991 and the 2013 3D film of the same name.

The live recordings were taken from Rexall Place in Edmonton, Canada, and Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, both recorded in August 2012, with the exception of "Orion," which was recorded live during the soundtrack sessions. The album was distributed by Metallica's vanity label, Blackened Recordings.
The Top Ten
Master of Puppets

This version of "Master of Puppets" is what ultimately got me into Metallica (and heavy metal) overall. So I'm pretty thankful for this version.

While it may not be the best live version, it's still pretty good in its own right. The instrumentals are tight and pretty chuggy, if you ask me. James still sounds pretty strong in this one.

I listened to this version recently, and I love it. So, I guess new Metallica is still as great as the old Metallica.
