Top 10 Worst Things About Kidz Bop
We all know that Kidz Bop gets on our nerves, so I created this list of the top 10 worst things about Kidz Bop.I think the UK version will be a Kidz Flop. Sure, they did some summer tour with CBBC Summer Social and other famous groups. Their last album was Kidz Bop Summer '18, released on 23/3/2018. It also came out unexpectedly in the UK. I don't know how old Ashton, Max, Twinkle, and Lois (the UK Kidz Bop kids) are, but I think soon it will be goodbye, Kidz Bop UK.
They take all of the good songs and bring in some stupid little kids to make their own remixes, just to destroy what was perfectly good!
They sang "All About That Bass." I don't think they ruin good songs. They make bad songs even worse by taking out the profanity and trying to pass it off as appropriate.
Kidz Bop kids can't even sing, yet everyone loves them! I don't get it!
I think Kidz Bop is copying other musical artists' songs, and I have no clue why they can't write their own songs. If they're stealing good songs, ruining them, and then going to jail, that's just wrong.
They cleaned up "fire a gun" from "Lean On," "skin was showing" from "Call Me Maybe," and "I could have another" (I guess they were scared that it might suggest drinking alcohol) from "Honey, I'm Good." I can't believe they actually think kids aren't mature enough to hear that stuff.
It's so stupid. They ruin EVERY SINGLE LYRIC from all of their edited songs. Plus, these edits aren't even necessary. They change things like "midnight" to "late night." FYI, midnight is basically late night.
This should be number one! They ruined Starships and Timber!
Disney Channel literally runs Kidz Bop. They just take perfectly good songs and make their own corny remixes. They also go on tours, but nobody even buys tickets to attend.
But we don't even know who most of these people are. How can you say they are spoiled brats when no one even knows any of these kids?
Brats can't even pick up a book for once.
Even when I was a little kid, I still hated Kidz Bop with a burning passion.
Their fans are kids whose parents are likely really religious and think that kids singing songs automatically makes them appropriate.
I heard Billie Joe Armstrong sued them twice for covering Boulevard of Broken Dreams and Wake Me Up When September Ends.
My 9-year-old cousin is a Kidz Bop fan, and I would say that I hate Kidz Bop, but I never wanted to hurt her feelings.
THEY CAN'T SING! They sound lifeless and always have to sound forcefully happy, like they'd rather be doing something else. Why are they so popular? Probably because parents think, "They're clean and my kid will love them!" A few years ago, when I was younger, I hated Kidz Bop!
I agree with everyone on this one because everything Kidz Bop does to these good songs is pure crap. They're wasting their life and time on something they're extremely terrible at. My older sister still listens to this garbage, and I don't know how anyone enjoys it.
If they are so bad, why do they even do these tours? Even parents think they are bad, yet they are still paying for their child to see one of their concerts. Why???
The parents don't care that the Kidz Bop kids are uneducated!
Gangnam Style: "Hey Hey Lady."
"Story of My Life" by One Direction
Original lyric: "She told me in the morning / She don't feel the same about us in her bones."
Kidz Bop lyric: "She told me in the hallway / She don't feel the same about us in her bones."
John Legend's "All of Me"
Original lyrics: "Love your curves and all your edges / All your perfect imperfections."
Edited lyrics: "Love your words and all your edges / All your perfect imperfections."
True. I honestly agree totally.
YES! They actually sound pretty good - because it's more autotune and digital effects than actual singing. And they're still no comparison to their victims: the Beatles!
It makes them sound even worse than they already do.
Say that to the UK '80s kids' show and albums called Mini Pops, where children of any age dressed as singers in adult clothing and sang songs that were inappropriate. They were one of the most inappropriate kids' things back then.
True. They sang "Love Me Harder" by Ariana Grande, which is a song about sex. Just because she used to be on a kids' show doesn't mean all of her songs are appropriate for children.
They even take songs that aren't inappropriate at all and make kids' versions of them!
And "man." In Olivia Rodrigo's "good 4 u," that change from "now you can be a better man for your new girl" to "now you can be a better one for your new girl" - what the heck!
Yes, and they ruined it. It was an awesome song, but Kidz Bop ruined it once again.
I agree with this one. They may not know what it's actually about, but they sing it anyway.
Honestly, I agree. What kid wouldn't want to be on Kidz Bop before they realize that it's stupid?
I can't stand the original version of many songs, and Kidz Bop somehow makes their version even worse than the original.
