Actually, Megan was pretty funny, but yes, I agree with you - she deserves to be on this list.

She is a brat and plays rude pranks on both Drake and Josh, but she's hilarious.

And I thought D.W. (from Arthur) was the little sister from hell, but Megan makes D.W. look like an angel.

D.W. is not just a rotten little brat. She's also an idiot! She is always getting into people's business to annoy them, pushing their buttons, and blaming others. As a drama queen, she says things that don't make any sense just to sound smart. She can't even understand simple words or names and does it just to bother people, mainly her brother.
D.W. also doesn't know when not to touch anything that isn't hers because she's stupid. For example, she touched Arthur's plane and broke it, thinking it would actually fly, even after being told a hundred times not to touch it! She believes anything she sees that isn't real will actually do something literally, when it doesn't because it's fake!
She's also a huge liar! She makes things up, gives lousy excuses, and lies to others just to get her way or to make them believe something actually happened. For example, when she was sent to her room after threatening to pinch her baby sister, she made up a bunch of stupid lies about her parents and brother treating her like a slave (taking care of Arthur when he had a cold, and not being invited to a wedding while being a slave to them), even though those things NEVER happened to her. But she believed them because she's a moron. She also despises dogs and thinks they are stupid! She is mean to her brother's dog and doesn't care about him, even when he was sick! That dog-hating little twerp!
And don't even get me started on her (shudders) temper tantrums. The tantrums she throws make Caillou look like an angel. When she starts a tantrum, you better cover your ears! She's like a volcano! Her tantrums are another reason why I despise her the most. For example, she made a scene at a restaurant by having a tantrum because she hates spinach, and that got her in big trouble! She also threw a tantrum for not getting a talking tabby doll for Christmas! Personally, I blame her parents for not thinking of other ways to stop her, but still. D.W. is a little MONSTER with EVIL

Princess Morbucks (The Powerpuff Girls)

To be honest, I blame her dad because he was part of the reason she became this way. Whenever she cries and whines for something, her dad gives her tons of money just to shut her up. However, as Blossom said, she doesn't care who she steps on to get what she wants, and she has no regard for other people's property. This is shown in the Christmas special when she destroyed a hobby horse inside Santa's workshop.

Yes, I hate Princess Morbucks. She cries to her daddy to get whatever she wants. Why does her dad spend so much money on her? Doesn't he realize he is going to need that money for other stuff?
Also, she forces the girls to let her join their group, but since Princess is evil and it is too dangerous for her, and she is not fit to be a PPG, they won't let her.

Remember The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3? That character was so irritating (besides Oogtar from Super Mario World and some of the Koopa kids). She's a spoiled brat and a daddy's girl, just like Angelica. What's even worse is that she throws a tantrum every time she doesn't get what she wants. It almost makes me and a lot of viewers scared to death. Also, she's sixteen years old? That's just plain creepy.

I like her, but she wants America for her birthday and gets it! And then she wants to spit in "Daddykins'" soup.

Angelica is a spoiled brat and is very bossy. She makes D.W. look tolerable. She treats the babies like crap and acts nice around adults. Why did I put her higher? Because everyone thought Angelica was very creepy and needed to get locked in an asylum. But Angelica is a very sympathetic character. Her mom is a workaholic, and her dad spoils her. Also, her only true friends are Harold, Susie, and the babies.
Usually, she gets her own karma more than D.W. and Lucy combined.

I have to admit that I used to love Caillou. Now that I'm older, I realize how much of a brat that child was. No wonder my dad wouldn't let us watch Caillou.

TOTALLY AGREE. Nothing can be worse than this selfish, whiny, stupid, spoiled BRAT! I'm surprised this isn't number one. His voice is always so squeaky, and his character gives me a headache.

If you think that Caillou's bratty, you should see his sister. She behaves towards him like how D.W. behaves towards Arthur.

Ugh, Lucy has become the next Scrappy-Doo. The audience is right to call her out for her insufferable, bitchy attitude. She's the reason I lost interest in Peanuts. It's not funny anymore when she treats everyone like crap, makes Charlie Brown the butt of the joke, and acts a bit whiny. It's repetitive and mean-spirited.
She's lucky that I didn't put her higher. Why? Because she has a few redeeming qualities in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and got her own bad karma in It's Magic, Charlie Brown (I enjoyed Lucy's misery, and Charlie Brown finally had good luck). I know Lucy is unlikable, but there are some brats who are worse than Lucy.

D.W. is one thing, but the Tibble Twins are nothing but horrible and rotten little monsters. They pick on other kids by insulting and bullying them constantly, they steal and destroy toys, harass children just for sheer joy, and they don't even know when to keep their mouths shut. They always say things to put others down and make stuff up just to scare others.
I can see why their parents aren't around because they travel the world, and neither they nor their grandmother knows that the Tibbles are destructive little trolls. I swear, either those ungrateful brats should be muzzled and put on a leash, or they should be grounded for life and sent to another preschool. If the Tibble twins were trying to pick on me and get on my nerves, I would threaten them with a prehistoric spear, tell them to shut up or I would kill them, and they would run away crying in fear.
