The greatest and most powerful hero. Way faster than kryptonians. Can phase through one if he had to fight one. Lightning attacks. Smart. A good team. Good moral code. He is a more mature and well rounded character (in my opinion) than Barry Allen. To me I feel like laughing when Barry is trying to be serious but it is the complete opposite with Oliver since his personality reflects this. My only issue is his relationship with felicity. her character became terrible in season 3 since she got more comfortable with Oliver. She felt her opinion was more valid than his and didn't respect him. Other than that he is by far the best
I feel like he is the most clever superhero in the arrowverse. He doesn't need superpowers like the flash and definitely not like supergirl
Absolute legend. The arrowverse started with him and it finished with him. Without Oliver the arrowverse sucks.

His IQ is definitely higher than Felicity's (not by a lot, but definitely). Amazing sense of humor, greatest character development, and powers that is unquestionably powerful. 10/10.

Harrison Wells are the best like every Wells we like them. But we don't have nun anymore so I hope we can get one in episode 5 season 7 of the The Flash

Are there any other characters on any other shows/movies that dangle with the main character's emotion so much? First he kills his mother, then frames his father, then inspires him, then strikes him with lightning, then gives him super powers, then becomes his friend, then traumatizes him, his friends, family and loved ones, then becomes the cause of death for his sister's fiancé, his friend's husband, before dying. And then comes back to murder his daughter five years later. Who else does that?
Hands down the most threatening villien we have seen so far. played by the best actor on the flash, the amazing Tom Cavanagh. and due to those to key points he has become a character that fans adore.

Deathstroke is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez. He is a mercenary and assassin who first appeared in The New Teen Titans #2. Slade Wilson was very good to Oliver helped him and tough him everything. without Slade it would be no Green Arrow.
Also he was a good villains.

Felicity Smoak is a DC Comics character. Her first appearance was in The Fury of Firestorm #23, created by writer Gerry Conway and artist Rafael Kayanan. Felicity was just a woman that was scared then grow into no fear and now a bad ass.
She was hilarious and had a good character arc.

Prometheus is the best villain. Without him, I don't think arrow would have gotten 8 seasons.

Olivers best friend earned his status with Oliver unlike felicity who never was taught manners. John set Olivers mind strait when he was doing something stupid and fought alongside him. Loved his character
John Diggle helps Arrow and all of his friend he will do anything thing right. Do y'all remember he was just a body guard with a gun.

Malcolm's role as the Dark Archer and his connection to various characters drive the show's conflicts and reveals. His morally ambiguous nature adds depth to the show's exploration of gray areas. He is one hell of a villain amazing he should be higher than 27 love him!

Snart's calculated and strategic approach, along with his complex moral code, make him an intriguing antihero and a significant presence in the Arrowverse. Easily one of the best personality CW has birthed. Leonard's composed, meticulous planning makes him a dangerous foe and easily one of the Flash's biggest rivals. What I love about him is his reserved patience. While it can be cold and unassuming, his nobility and tactical genius makes him a great leader.

Love watching her kick ass. Willa Holland is my celebrity crush, she's sexy as hell. She's so fit and has the perfect body. Pretty face too. Everybody goes on about Sara, Laurel, Kara etc but Willa as Thea is the best, she's so gosh damn hot.
Thea also was like her brother wife. But she grow to fighter people and kicking ass.
She is my favorite character in Arrow. I wish she'd stay on Team Arrow.
