Top 10 Best Twilight Characters

Alice is just the best. She is so kind to Bella, who doesn't even deserve it, and she is so good-hearted, helping Jasper deal with his thirst. She is so supportive, plus she's got cool powers. I love Alice.
Alice is literally the only character in this damn book series that has any common sense. And to all the Twilight fans out there, don't start with that b.s that the Characters are amazing and that Bella is an inspirational character, blah, blah, blah. No. Bella has absolutely no common sense. Alice is by far the best character.
Alice is a wonderful character. She is the sister I've always wanted. She is funny, nice, and always there for the people who needs her. She has been such a great friend to Bella, a fantastic sister to Rosalie, Emmet, Edward, a amazing lover to Jasper, and a wonderful daughter to Carlisel and Esme. I love her so much!
Amazing! Without her, there would of been a war between the Vulturi and the Cullen's and family! She protected bella and got all of the family together, and even prevented Edward from self suicide, by the speed of her car

I used to be such a Edward girl, and although I still like him, I'm more of a Carlisle girl. Yes, I am team Edward, but I've come to see the merits of both. Edward is interesting and always has good intentions. I really did enjoy midnight sun. :)
Edward is easily the best character. He has the superpower to sparkle at will. He reminds me of Santa Claus. He sees you when your sleeping, he knows when your awake. Santa is good so Edward is too. He is a sparkling, baseball playing blood sucker. JK I'm team Jacob. I hate Edward.
I'm a guy, and I love Edward Cullen's personality. Those arrogant Edward-haters dishonestly accuse him of being "abusive" with NO realistic proof. No! they're liars. Edward is a true gentleman because he's gentle, soft, protective, supportive, and--best of all--humble.
Edward is the most cutest, understanding, courageous, helpful, and honest person I've ever seen on a movie. I do like Bella, and they do look cute together. Jacob I hate, but I don't wanna start a "Team Edward Team Jacob " fight, also. I love how he is very polite and that he is very trustworthy. Alice looks a lot like Edward, so I like her, too.

I love Bella. I understand most people don't like that she always gets her way, but 18 years old is old enough to make your own decisions.
Bella is the best I love her she is the best character in all of the twilights.
A pretty good protagonist, loved how she finally became a vampire.
She is very gentle.
Her chose of edward is right. She is awesome!

This is my favorite character throughout the whole book and the only well-developed main character. I think that's because we really only see glimpses of his life, but they're the important glimpses that are pretty big moments in his life. Just within the first book where he's not featured much you learn that his mother died when he was young and he lives with his disabled father who he helps out with a lot and not once does he ever complain about it. That alone tells a lot more about what he's been through and what his personality is like than you learn about Bella in the entire series. Now I may be completely biased about my opinion of this character due to Taylor Lautner's hotness, but when I was reading the books the most enjoyable part was in New Moon when Bella was spending time with Jacob. I could feel his kindness and perceptiveness. Jacob had the ability to read Bella in ten minutes better than Edward could ever. That's the main reason why I was Team Jacob an severely ...more
Jacob is the best written. I like Bella, but she does at times get selfish. And Edward? He's so serious. He doesn't take anything lightly- not even a joke. He's the worst written of the central characters. The only reason anybody likes him is because he's handsome enough to be one of Michelangelo's statues (a fact often alluded to by the author).
Jacob is the most lovable character yes he can be a bit dramatic and can play mind games with Bella but it's for love. I'm so happy he now has Renesmee and can finally forget his tortured love life. He still has his pack and best friend and now a whole new family I'm so happy for him.
Jacob is so hot, but on the other hand so is edward. At the start I felt bad for Jacob when bella chose Edward, but when Jacob imprinted on renesmee I felt a little bit better. If renesmee was on the top 10 I wou choose her for sure. But sceen as she isn't it has to be the next best thing. Hang on, why isn't renesmee on this. don't you people like children or something , the shame of it. Poor renesmee. . By the way you should totally chek out these YouTubers. Marke Miller and Ethan hethcote. shout out to all the children in movies people don't appreciate.

I think Jasper is the greatest character of all time. He is so funny. The fact that he had no emotion in the first movie, was great. He is also very cute
Honestly, Jasper is my fave character. I feel so bad for him, everything thinks bad of him because he is newest to the animal diet. My theory is, he feels everyone else's thirst as well, and that's how he snapped at Bella's b-day. Besides, Edward pushing her into glass just drove him over the edge. So, it's all Edward's fault.
Love him! Although we don't see a lot of him in the books, he is really complicated and has a really cool backstory. I love seeing him and Alice, they are a great couple :)
He has a lot of charisma and shows a lot of struggle that I think makes him really realistic as a vampire, because he's trying not to kill Bella. Plus, he's good for Alice.
Carlisle is literally the best. He's so selfless and sweet. He cares about everyone so much and never harms anyone. He helps Jacob after his injuries, he's the one who starts the vegetarian Olympic coven, and just so great! So underrated and deserves to be #1 honestly.
Carlisle is an incredible character, and is so great that no human could make it to his level nature. The fact that he's a vampire makes him a paradox. As he's traditionally viewed by all whom would come to discover his true identity, and yet he possesses characteristics that are among that of what some great figures such as Jesus (not being preachy) are seen to possess. Qualities that transcend humanistic nature, and give a genuine sense of what selfless compassionate righteousness is.
Carlisle is worthy of his own series, as he's clearly the best character of them all.
Carlisle is number one, he is protective of his family, he is in control, he is calm when it comes to danger and conflict and have a sound mind, he is smart, he is sweet and loving. The one who choose the life of a vampire vegetarian! How can he not be the top character! Would love to watch his own movie, or T.V. serie, just need more of him and what he is all about, how he came to be, even if we have seen some of it and know some of the back story, ITS NOT ENOUGH! more Carlisle!
He is so amazing. He is literally the most caring vampire, he's so immune to the thirst. I just love him. Not to mention, UNDERRATED.

Rosalie was the only realist in the movie. She only changed when the baby she wish she could have came through Bella. She loved Emmitt and all the Cullans but wishes she never had the opportunity to meet them because she above all else believes that life is meant to end; because the middle is what makes it worth it.
I love Alice and Rosalie. But Rosie has to take the win. At first she's not nice to Bella, but all she's really trying to do is to stop her throwing her life away. Rosalie is so sweet and when Renesmee comes around and Bella wasn't there she treated Renesmee as her own. Personally I love Rosie.
Why is Bella higher up on this list than Rosalie. Rosalie is a far more interesting character than her.
I love Rose. She is probably the smartest of them all, and, in my opinion, right to hate Bella at the start.
The most underrated character in the series. He is so caring, yet Bella doesn't even put that into consideration. He loves her so much, and he loved Renee too. I think Charlie deserves so much more than Bella.
Charlie is very funny. He just lets Bella be because he doesn't really know how to raise a daughter. He is doing great, though.
He's the only normal one.
A cool guy that you could talk to whenever.
15? Are you kidding? He's awesome!

That big brother you always wanted. Funny, supportive and strong
Emmett, oh my god. Everything is awesome!
I think he is very hot.
He's pretty funny.
I can relate to her wanting to kill Bella, cause yes, that is hard to get over when somebody else kills your loved one.
Shes the main antagonist if the whole twilight saga and I think its cool how manipulitive and evil she can be..and her hair colour is cool
Shes just such a cool villain and she should be higher up on this list
Seth is my favourite! It's just so sweet how he's friends with Edward, and I think both him and his sister are really cool.
So loyal and won't hate people just because he's supposed to. Funny too! Should be near the top.
I love Seth he's just to cute and the way he looks up to Jacob is so cute he's like a little puppy!
I love his friendship with Edward. Seth is so sweet and kind, and funny.
Jane, the best character and one of my top favorites. Actually, she is my number one most favorite character. I don't understand why people would hate her. I personally like the Cullens side more over the Voulturi, but Jane is my most favorite character if I had to pick from every role in the whole Saga.
The best character in the whole saga. Her gift has got no parallel. She is the coolest and all those haters are just jealous of her.
A cold hart shows the perfection of mastering the mind, Jane is awesome!
Cool, and badass. I personally hate Bella, but Jane is just amazing!
Here's the reason she's last (or near last): She's a nothing character who is literally a plot device to solve all conflicts without any work put into. She literally makes no sense and it becomes very clear that her existence and traits are just that to cater to Jacob and his fans - and a pretty poor job of it as a Jacob fan. Her existence literally makes New Moon, Eclipse and the werewolves pointless because if you took them out the book would flow perfectly and more cohesively and all because of this plot hole of a character. We all thought Bella was a Mary Sue - well enter Renesemee, the epitome of perfection, everyone who meets her loves her and those who don't are immediately villainized and killed for such a thought. She is the specialist of all snowflakes - at first the only of her kind and then the only of her kind not to kill her mother. She's the most powerful of all the "mutants" - only one with psychic powers to get past Bella's sheild, and doesn't even need to talk to ...more
Nice to finally give Bella a baby. Absolutely hated everything about Jacob imprinting on her though.
She's so cute. She's great and so mature for her age. Why isn't she on the list already?
I really wish Renesmee had a little more time on the screen.
Esme is an incredibly strong character. After living a horrible, traumatic human life, she still had the will to love, live and prevail! I love Esme for so many reasons. One is that she reminds me of my Mom, just like Carlisle does for my Dad.
Esme is the matriarch and the motherly figure. She and Carlisle call all the shots, she is so kind to everyone and she wants to help out. Jane is a merciless pain
Esme is the best character in the entire series! She's so kind and amazing, why is Jane in front of her for being merciless?
Esme is personally my second favourite, mostly because just like Carlisle she is brave, careful and most of all kind.
She's the the only strong female in the book. When her true love leaves her - does she curl up in a ball and do nothing for months? No, she continues her life because she knows life moved on and so should she. Granted she's bitter about, but she has every right to be. I mean Sam may not have had a choice, but Emily did and apparently she decided she needed her cousin's fiancé. That kind of betrayal isn't something that deserves her forgiveness, they deserve her pain and more.
Leah is the best werewolf (shapeshifter) around, shes better than jacob, sam and stupid ugly emily who can't do anything. She sacrifced herself to save Esme
It is so sad when Leah dies in breaking dawn part 2
Because she tried (and failed) to save Esme.
I thought Leah was a jerk at the start, but after she shared her feelings I felt bad for judging her. That's why she is one of my favourites. please please watch marke Miller and Ethan hethcote on YouTube. Or Dionyorkie
Oh no! It's Bob Marley come back as a vampire to tourture us with his weed songs
He's a great character
Love the accent
A seriously underrated character. So what if she didn't get much screen time or wasn't a main character? Where can you find a genuine and kind person nowadays?
Aro is the best character in the series :3
Honestly, I kinda get the feeling people judge characters by their looks here, and not by their real qualities and plot qualities. I mean, Jacob is a pretty guy but he's (no offense) kind of a jerk. If he really loved Bella, he'd let her be happy and stop like... Causing her pain. I agree with Alice topping the list, I mean she is fabulous. Although a little shallow... Edward is a character I CAN'T abide, (so sorry...) just because he can be mean at times and selfish and unfaithful. Jasper is 4th because he's hot (k only part true) and he's a very interesting character, even creepier than Are in my opinion, and quite badass. Bella... Just no. Rosalie deserves to be higher. A very realistic and sweet character, who has the appropriate attitude to week sorry for herself Bella. Jane totally deserves her place, so frail in appearance but so brilliantly cold and calculating. Victoria, same. Carlisle, Emmett, Esme, Seth, Leah... Should all be so ...more
Aro is just weird, like that laugh when he sees renesmee for the first time in breaking dawn.
He's so funny and really a powerful character.
I love bree and diego
I just love his...style, morals, all that stuff. I love how he chose his own path even when everyone was telling him what to do. An underrated favorite of mine :)
Super cute and sweet
Strongest of the pack
