Top 10 Most Annoying Fallout Enemies
The most annoying enemies in the Fallout series. Feel free to add one I might've missed.
-
Deathclaws
You're either going to need a ton of explosives or a lot of luck to survive an encounter with one of these things. In just a few hits, they can kill you within seconds. They are extremely overpowered and infuriating to deal with all around. I don't recommend it.
See a Deathclaw? Don't walk forward. Maybe you'll survive if you make a detour.
That moment when you see one maybe 50 feet away, decide to turn the other way, then go on your merry little way, but then hear a fast series of thuds progressively getting louder.
Save often.

Cazadores
These annoying creatures halt progress in Fallout: New Vegas tremendously. Due to their poison and fast reflexes, you're going to have to be fast to kill them, and if you don't have any antivenom in your inventory, you're double-screwed. If you see a path that has them, avoid it like the bubonic plague.
I'm still having trouble with these beautiful menaces. The valleys I see them in tend to look nice. Making a Cazador-line would be even more wiggly than making a beeline.

Super Mutants
In fights with chonky living tanks, I have to try my best with my energy weapons in hopes that maybe they'll do the most damage.
If I added the word strongest in there, it would sound like annoyingly long fantasy isekai light novel and anime titles that summarize and use whatever RPG-related words, among others, that are trending at the time. Because they end up sounding similar, I tend to get them confused. Even more so if they have similar generic late 2010s to early 2020s trendy art styles.
It's especially annoying if one has a flame weapon or is armed with an explosive weapon. Not impossible to defeat by any means, but extremely aggravating all the same. They're one of the most annoying enemies in Fallout 3, and to a lesser extent, New Vegas, but that's only because they're not as overused in that one.
