Best Adam Gontier Vocal Performances
One of the most energetic rock singers of the 2000s, Adam Gontier has delivered numerous memorable vocal performances. While this list highlights some of his best, there may be a few that I missed. His most powerful vocals can be hearing the last chorus, and even during the bridge. Adam Gontier was bringing it all during the One X area and I think that's especially evident in this song for that matter it's energetic and very anthemic.
He can be hear during the second verse of the song in question, he delivers a performance that's impactful and adds a layer of atmosphere in my opinion. Gives the song some much-needed oomph if you will even if it's only brief.
His addition to this song is great and helps give it a lot of strength. Some of his strongest vocals since One X I might add. It's a song about a breakup and Adam Gontier knows a thing or about those types of songs so he adds quite a bit to this song and it's a great listen.
Another feature that benefits from his inclusion is one of his best newer performances I'd say. It's got the typical Adam vocal flair you expect and it's a serious song about the political effects of war so highly recommend this song and their other material if you're interested enough.
Adam and Matt do balance off each other in an interesting way. People have been curious for years how they'd sound together and this song gives the answer. They have this great energy that carries the song through and through. As far as vocal duets go this is pretty good, if it's the most impressive is up for debate but a solid performance from Adam here.
One of my favorite songs from Life Starts Now in general, it says some nice guitar work and Adam brings it all like before. A song that has emotional resonance and is overall one of his best songs from his OG TDG era that much is certain.
He brings it all with Saint Asonia as well, and this song in particular is very compelling, articulate, and to the point. A song about overcoming adversity with some of Adam's most gritty and powerful vocals to date a song I can get behind, to say the least. It's fantastic.
This EP alone proves that he's still got the vocal chops. Love his performance on this song particular it crescendoes into a very aggressive, chaotic atmosphere which I dig is one of the highlights from the EP I'd say as well. Just skip Wolf it's kind of repetitive and a nothing burger.
