The Top Ten
  1. Joey Ramone

Jeffrey Ross Hyman, professionally known as Joey Ramone, was an American musician and singer-songwriter. He was the lead vocalist of the punk rock band The Ramones. Joey Ramone was a significant figure in the punk rock movement and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the band in 2002... read more

The hottest. He had sexy long legs and was just adorable, in my opinion. He was also definitely the sweetheart of the group, and he was just extremely cute. Plus, the singers are usually always the hottest. Even though Dee Dee and Johnny are definitely in competition with being hot, I don't think either can compare to Joey.

Best voice. Never gave up and gave the Ramones his heart.

His voice made the music of the Ramones.

  2. Johnny Ramone

John William Cummings, known by his stage name Johnny Ramone, was an American guitarist and songwriter. He was a founding member of the influential punk rock band the Ramones. The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002, and Johnny Ramone remains recognized as one of punk's most... read more

Johnny is, in fact, one of my favorite Ramones. He was fast, smart, and had cool-arse riffs. Take your time to read his autobiography for a speed history. It feels like he's talking to you when you read it.

Johnny flat-out rocked. He definitely gave the band direction and ran them like an army battalion. He's also just one of the greatest rhythm guitarists ever, so that has to count for something.

There is literally no Ramones without Johnny. He was the engine of the band and the biggest creative force. He kept the others in line (yes, even Joey), and his songs end up being the best.

  3. Dee Dee Ramone

Douglas Glenn Colvin, known professionally as Dee Dee Ramone, was a German-American musician, singer, and songwriter. He was a founding member, primary songwriter, bassist, and occasional lead vocalist of the punk rock band the Ramones. Dee Dee was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the... read more

Dee Dee was the best. Of course, he left the Ramones to do rap, but he was kind of the soul of the Ramones. When Dee Dee left, the band felt kind of empty. I also say Dee Dee is the best because he's cute.

Wrote all the best songs. First punk, best punk, and he gave the Ramones energy.

Best songwriter they've had. Best punk bass player of all time.

  4. Marky Ramone

Gave the Ramones a unique feel that was with them from 1978 to 1996.

He WAS the primary and premier Ramones drummer.

    World record fastest drummer.

  5. Tommy Ramone

Thomas Erdelyi, better known by his stage name Tommy Ramone, was a Hungarian American record producer, musician, and songwriter. He was the original drummer for the Ramones and played on their first three albums. Tommy also co-produced several of the band's recordings and later became involved in bluegrass... read more

Tommy was kindhearted and was the soul of the early Ramones. He looked like a Neanderthal, but he was overall a very great person.

Come on, people, he was the architect of the whole package!

Best drummer, fastest drummer, created punk drums.

  6. C. J. Ramone

Gave the Ramones a rebirth and the energy they needed to continue from 1989 to 1996.

  7. Richie Ramone

The best but least known drummer of the Ramones, he played on my favorite albums and he was very influential to me as a drummer. I think he is better than Tommy because he had more musical knowledge and skill. Additionally, he was better than Marky because he developed better songs and albums than any other Ramones drummer ever.

THE fastest Ramones drummer and THE best Ramones drummer. He also wrote one of the best Ramones songs, "Somebody Put Something in My Drink!"

Faster than Tommy. Gave the Ramones the fix they needed.

  8. Elvis Ramone

Gave them two shows they needed.

  9. Monte Melnick (Monte Ramone)

The Ramones would have disbanded years before they finally did if not for the 5th Ramone, Monte Melnick. He was their manager, their father, their rabbi, their priest, their counselor, and their shoulder to lean on time and time again. He was the "glue." They were the "craft project."

Put up with Dee Dee's psychosis, Johnny's anger, Marky's drinking, and Joey's OCD for 22 nonstop years.

  10. Arturo Vega (Arty Ramone)

Gave Ramones shows amazing lighting for 22 nonstop years.
