Why did he have to make yummy. That ruined the entire "he's so much better now" thing. Who's next, Shawn Mendes going from songs like Treat You Better (my 7th worst of 2016) later to In My Blood (my 8th best of 2018) to something like Yummy itself?
Purpose was a good album, but he kind of went downhill again.
4 Fall Out Boy

First 2 albums were decent pop punk/emo pop, then they made Infinity on High and Folie a Deux and find some personality in it mixing pop punk and emo-ish lyrics with funk and pop... but after that they just made whatever they felt it was gonna give them attention
Save Rock n Roll and American Beauty/American Psycho were pretty successful, but MANIA almost kills their career, being critically panned and not giving them any single hit in the charts (except maybe Young and Menace but only for like a week).

Started being post britpop and were okay at it, by Viva La Vida they started including more things to their music and making it bigger and bigger, however by their latest 4 albums they felt less creative and did a Fall Out Boy and just added what they thought it was mainstream

If albums were the only factor, Queen wouldn't even be top band. But obviously there are other factors that put them amongst the greatest bands. They have a lot of talent, and a bunch of great songs. But none of Queen's albums are very good by any means, apart from Sheer Heart Attack and Night At The Opera.

She was very good & consistent when she did Hannah Montana, but after that she went downhill though she got better during Malibu & truly healed with her 2020 comeback as far as apparently.
Completely agree even in the same year she has had both great and awful songs.
13 The 1975
The 1975 are an English pop-rock band originating from Manchester. The group consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Matthew "Matty" Healy, lead guitarist Adam Hann, bassist Ross MacDonald, and drummer George Daniel.
Started doing modern indie with a lot of post punk elements during their first 2 albums, but after the third one they did something really weird... trying to be experimental and mixing a lot of styles just to be considered as the new Radiohead... by their latest album they felt more like mixing just whatever the hell they made at the studio and giving an album out of it, making it extremely long and oversaturated, even critics started being aware of it by the little acclaim and success it had
