This list is your gateway to the iconic rock band Heart, renowned for their soul-stirring ballads and evocative lyrics. You'll discover a selection of their most cherished songs, each showcasing the band's musical talent and emotional resonance. From the electrifying "Barracuda" to the touching "These Dreams", this list encapsulates the spirit of Heart's music and offers you the chance to vote for your personal favorites. All thanks to variations in the singer and guitarist. I like both Barracuda and Crazy on You, but Barracuda is a tad better.
I never used to like Heart, but then I never gave them a chance. The more of their songs I hear, the more I like them. Barracuda is one of my favorites.
Loved this band ever since they told idiot Palin to stop using it!
One of rock's more powerful power ballads. Absolutely deserves the number three spot, in my opinion. It is such a powerful statement and the dictionary definition of what a power ballad is.
This is my absolute favorite song by Heart, followed closely by Never. The lyrics to Alone are so compelling and really create a mental image of wanting a true relationship. The song has my vote!
I love how the chorus creeps up on you. Perfect balance of soothing keyboard chords and strong guitar riffs and vocals! Lyrics are also so meaningful!
Teens in the 1940s had the Andrews Sisters asking you not to sit under the apple tree with anyone else but them. Teens in the 1970s had the Wilson Sisters offering to go crazy on you. I never did care much for apples.
First, I heard this song in Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle. And I just can't stop listening to this song. The guitar solo is just outstanding.
The first song that I heard by Heart. Great depth, dude, remembering the 1970s.
Fewer words show off even more power in Ann's voice. Grace Slick and Mickey Thomas from Starship singing background vocals is not too shabby either.
Grace Slick and Mickey Thomas are in this? Dang, I listen to Jefferson Starship and Starship, and I never knew this.
I fell in love with this song. I didn't know who they were at the time. It literally made me quiver. It was my fantasy song. I never imagined a song like this. It was like the first time you fall in lust with someone. This is how I felt when I heard Magic Man for the first time, back in the mid-70s when I was 14 years old.
The best of the best. It was their first hit and the greatest one of all. I lust over this song. I felt hypnotized by the music and her voice. I'll never forget the way I felt. Amazing!
A very hard decision, but this song is really what started it all. It shows the true raw talent of each member and Ann's amazing vocal range.
One of the coolest songs ever. The Wilson sisters killed this song! These Dreams is an outstanding song!
One of the best power ballads by a female artist.
Just a heartwarming song, just a peaceful rock song. Beautiful.
It's a song I can relate to a lot. Probably one of my favorite songs ever. Really great.
The vocals on the chorus of Never are so powerful and perfect! And no, never give this song a "never!" Hahaha! Just kidding.
My favorite Heart song. The vocals by Nancy Wilson are angelic.
To be honest, this underrated song rocks! It could have been a mainstream rock hit!
One of the most underrated rock songs of all time.
Disappointed they didn't sing this song in Sioux Falls. Great song! Great concert!
Disappointed they didn't perform this hit at the St. Louis 8/17/13 concert. Great tune!
Best-ever song from Heart. Total dance floor filler in its day!
Dog and Butterfly... Two of my many favorite things. And now this song has been added to the extensive list of them.
I think this is actually the best song by Heart of all time. It is beautiful, plain and simple.
How can any person not love this beautiful song?
This song is a classic, like Magic Man, Crazy on You, and Barracuda. Their other well-known classic hits.
This song is way too good! It totally blew me away the first time I heard it. I always loved the different styles of Heart (classic, pop, etc.), but I had no idea that this song would assault me with its pure majesty, beauty, and epicness to the max. Bravo to all involved in this masterpiece! I love many Heart songs but feel this one deserves to be recognized as something different and certainly something extra special. Very Zeppelin-esque. Well done!
One of my favorite songs by Heart.
This 1966 tune is perfect for Ann Wilson to show her range of vocals, from soft to powerful, without missing a beat. The song should be in the top 15 of their best.
How is this song currently 22nd? It should be in the top 10 easily.
Hands down, their best song ever!
Hidden '80s gem. Heart was basically two different bands with the same name: the '70s one and the '80s one. This is my favorite '80s Heart song.
Love the music and Ann's vocals on that one.
This is their secret masterpiece!
Way underrated because the name is hard to say and remember.
