Ahh, the famous Jocelyn. She almost deserves #1. She is the ex of a billionaire, so she used his money to make herself have more cat-like features. I'm giving her #2 because she has considerably improved (only by 5%) in looks since her last surgery. Her face would make anyone cringe.

Not only has he sadly made himself look like a totally new (fake) person, but he still enjoys getting his surgeries done. He had a botched surgery and won a lawsuit. Guess what he did with that $1 million!? He spent it on more surgeries!
He deserves #1 because not only does it look horrifying, but he also continues to do it even though people run away when they see his face. I honestly feel bad for the guy.

He went from an attractive-looking Black man to an effeminate-looking white man. His music was wonderful, but it's obvious that he had a very distorted view of his appearance. His father used to call him "big nose," and his brothers called him "liver lips" when he was younger. His father also beat him and his brothers when he was a kid. This obviously affected him emotionally.
It's so sad how he could never see how handsome he was during his early years. Even sadder was the way his childhood was robbed from him. When he grew up, he was constantly trying to create the fantasy childhood he never had.
What he needed was someone who would love him unconditionally and keep him grounded. Unfortunately, he never had anyone around him who would say "No," and it resulted in his early death. Jackson was a musical genius, but he was also a tragic figure. As he got older, his face started to reflect how he felt about himself inside.
