I am really grateful to God because He had created me, I am satisfied with the body and the way God had given to me. I wouldn't change any single thing of my body. I considered my self as a woman blessed with inner beauty. I got many great life principles from my family, and I will hold that principle for my whole life.

Very intelligent, woman for women

What a wonderful answer! I saw the video and was amazed by the way she said it. It was as if she was already prepared, it came so naturally to her. She deserved to win.

However, if I recall correctly, she said women should CELEBRATE their femininity.

11Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach of Philippines - Miss Universe 2015

I think her answer is one of the best answers, if not the best, I heard delivered in a prestigious beauty pageant. Especially when she answered the final question 'why should you be the next miss universe? "

Pia Wurtzbach's answer was just perfect:

"To be Miss Universe is both an honor and a responsibility. If I would be Miss Universe I would use my voice to influence the youth and raise awareness to causes like HIV awareness that is timely and relevant to my country, the Philippines. I want to show the world, the universe rather, that I am confidently beautiful with a heart."

She knows very well why she is competing for the crown. She answered with intelligence, grace, beauty and elegance. She is truly regal! She is Miss Universe!

Philippines

Question: Earlier this year, there was a controversy in Philippines about the United States reopening a base in your country. Do you think the United States should have a military presence in your country?

Answer: I think that the United States and the Philippines have always had a good relationship with each other. We were colonized by the Americans and we have their culture and our traditions even up to this day and I think that we're very welcoming with the Americans. And I don't see any problem with that at all.

FINAL ANSWER

Philippines

To be a Miss Universe is both an honor and responsibility. If I were to be Miss Universe, I will use my voice to influence the youth and I would raise awareness to certain causes like HIV awareness that is timely and relevant to my country which is the Philippines. I want to show the world, the universe rather, that I am confidently beautiful with a heart. Thank you.

Sorry to say this but, Miss Colombia's answer is too much what the attributes of a "Perfect" woman has, while with Miss USA, her answer is confident and came from her brain and heart but, she don't need to shout things that easily. What Miss Philippines, Pia, which is from my country is... she answers not only from her brain, not only from her heart, but she answered honestly with the people's heart. While she answers, she shows elegance, beauty and grace which a Miss Universe should have.

Yes Pia transparently answered the question with her full knowledge and heart.

14Brook Mahealani Lee of USA - Miss Universe 1997

Question: If there were no rules in your life for one day and you could be outrageous, what would you do?

Brook's Answer: "I would eat everything in the world. You do not understand. I will eat everything twice. " - hatcher234

The best so far because sometimes the line of questioning is different, and mostly answers are already fake just to go with the right answer. we know what is right and what is wrong. But sometimes, you have the right to twist the questions, sometimes you can argue or dis agree with it. This is the best answer for me with those silly questions, they we're answered with a silly answer as well... Laugh out loud

That is the smartest answer ever! Outrageous = something that means you are doing excessively that the common wisdom will judge unappropriate ; a pageant girl has a sculptural body and weight fluctuations is something she had to handle in a healthy way.

Moreover, her answer was so funny that she entertained all the audience! I think she can do politics. And I remember that she gave the answer very fastly within 1 or 2 seconds. I love this girl! Not the prettiest MU but the smartest.

She should be number 1 of your top 10

Best answer ever in a beauty pageant.

15Riyo Mori of Japan - Miss Universe 2007

Question: What is the one lesson you learned as a child that still affects your life today?

Riyo's Answer: "I have been dancing since I was a child. I grew up among many students and teachers. I learned to always be happy, patient and positive. That is also what I want to teach to the next generation. Thank you. " - hatcher234

I love Riyo Mori. She is so smart and intelligent. I always watch her Miss Japan 2007 and Miss Universe 2007 competitions.

This is what kind of answer I want. The answer to each question doesn't need to be so direct and matter-of-factly. In my opinion an answer should come from the heart, simple but can relate to your experience. That is why I love her answer. Because her answer showed modesty and doesn't show off to better the other candidates answers.

She sounds very practical and down-to-earth.

18Olivia Culpo of USA - Miss Universe 2012

Q: What is something that you have done, that you will never do again?

A: First I'd like to start off by saying that every experience, no matter what it is, good or bad, you'll learn from it. That's just life, but something I've done that I've probably regretted would be picking on my siblings growing up because you appreciate them so much more when you're older, you get closer with your family. Everybody fights with their siblings, right?! But I don't regret it.

She answered naturally and the answer led her to glorious victory.

I think she didn't really deserve the crown I am an American but I am honest Philippines really deserve the crown

Philippines deserves it! usa didn't

PHILIPPINES is deserving to win the crown than usa!
