Considering its grotesque appearance, I can only infer it'd be similar to chowing on a greaseball drizzled in lard. There's obviously more to it than that, but a hypothesis isn't always necessarily accurate.

There's nothing that'll persuade me otherwise when it comes to differing between the taste of ducks and geese.
Not that I'd ever willingly subject my taste buds to such misery. They've been through enough ever since I ate the Scoville Scale's hottest pepper, the Carolina Reaper.

After the flood in which Noah's Ark was trapped in such a catastrophic storm, the following day brings forth sunlight, and of course, the dove with the olive branch. God then promised there would never be another natural disaster so outrageous, using the dove to prove His claim.
I think it's safe to say doves shouldn't be anywhere close to the food chain we abide by.
