They realize it was a mod, right? You have to actually hack the game to get it.
Is "hot coffee" slang for something? It doesn't sound inappropriate to me.

Because it's called Grand Theft Auto, not Grand Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing on Rainbows Auto. As much as I don't like Grand Theft Auto, it's pretty obvious from the title that there's violence in it.
