Because it's called Grand THEFT Auto not Grand Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing On Rainbows Auto. As much as I don't like Grand Theft Auto it's pretty obvious from the title that there's violence in it.

Of course South Park will be here. There were censorship in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. It is censored on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version, but the PC version remains unaffected.
This game shows realistic and extreme violence. Rockstar is such a daring company
