Some of the stuff on Tumblr is ok, but the rest of it is idiotic humor and even worse, social justice warriors (SJWs). SJWs LOVE to play victim and blame the nearest majority group. They hate white people, men, straight people, cisgender people (which means not transgender), and even skinny people. They self-diagnose themselves with mental illnesses to play even more victim without knowing how much pain people with the ACTUAL disorder have. They make up many fake and BS genders and sexualities which also helps in playing victim. There are even some that claim they are a non-human born into the body of a human, they are called otherkin. I'm not kidding, some people think they are actually Harry Potter or a plant or some other crazy $hit. Burn this trash website!

Those SJWs harass and bully people. If they really cared about social justice they would treat the people they dislike fairly and unbiasedly, and most of all, try to teach fairness and kindness to others regardless of their social and political stance. No seriously though the amount of stupid things people say about it(like on this page) and the amount of people who still don't understand it's simply a fairly normal website with just a raunchier/edgier community, is like, unbelievable. Just want to point out as well, this list should be renamed "Worst Website Communities", because bad websites are the ones with beyond awful design, horrible navigation, and so on.

It's not necessarily the fact that there's people having sex; sometimes it's understandable (if someone is extremely lonely), and sometimes it's what triggers my misanthropy (like when people are just treating people like objects and not human beings). The worst part about it in my opinion is that things are so extremely exaggerated (size of genitals, situation leading up to sex, etc). It makes people have warped views about sex.

Who decided that they should make a website where you can create or watch videos of people having intercourse? I accidentally pressed on this when I was looking through someone's browser history when I was little. I saw people doing it and regretted it. They should have something there that verifies that you are old enough to use that website.

I found out about this website and the genre in general by accident when one of my 6th grade PE classmates said that I was watching porn when I was playing games on my phone (WHICH I, OF COURSE, DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THAT WAS AT THE TIME). I looked up the definition, and Pornhub was one of the first 10+ websites to pop up. That website (and other related ones) are probably motherloads of viruses coming to get your devices. I don't even know why Feras Antoon would establish a company like this because it would literally be an infestation of viruses (if not already).

They also ruined other people's childhoods. Even though I like this website, but I changed my opinion and start hating it. I now hate it anyway, it makes me scared and I would rather go tell everyone that it's sick and gross. Yuck!

I see your point and understand why you may dislike Facebook, but it is one of the very few ways I can stay connected with my family. I moved away from my home-country when I was very little, and only see my family on rare occasions (once every 1 or 2 years, and I stay for at maximum a month). With Facebook, I get to talk to them and see what's going on in their lives. Even if it's not beneficial for you, it helps me a lot.

I agree that the amount of times people use Facebook is outrageous. You shouldn't make it your life. Go outside, play a game, discover new things, and find different ways to keep yourself entertained. Me? I like to sit my butt down firmly on a couch, and read a good book. That's one suggestion. This website has a lot of stalkers. You can be added someone you never actually met in person. This site is been updated constantly, including timeline. The groups are filled with toxic members (as toxic as YouTube comments). I get unwanted invites to play a game or join a group. Nobody cares about your recent status. Many users have over 1,000 friends, but not all of them are actually friends. They are old friends I met at least once or I got acquainted with them. Then I don't see them again. People drop others from friends list for no apparent reason. I unfriend others because I have no need to contact them again. I made my 1st account back in 2007, then I deleted it afterwards. Then I made a second account, but use it less often. Facebook was fun when I first used it, then I got boring.

Facebook sucks, so does Twitter and Yahoo Answers, same thing goes with 4chan and Google+, but none of those sites are bad like YouTube, YouTube has dropped like a bomb, and there are no good people or videos, everyone and everything on YouTube is messed up, it has the worst people, stupid vloggers, sexual and drug elements, and people even talk about poop, and they're doing it for money.
Even the best star messed up, by destroying such a masterpiece channel, because of money, that person's greedy.
It's so gross and terrible that it makes those sites and the worst Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and MTV shows worth watching, and it makes ISIS a crystal gem.

I really hated it how everyone back at my middle school used this. I think it's really annoying, boring, and toxic in terms of its fandom/community because the first impression of this that I got was that it was mainly for these Internet Challenges or those "Dance Challenge" things where people dance to explicit Hip-Hop music. My parents never let me have social media, and I personally think that TikTok is, like other social media sites, a bottomless pit of cyberbullying.

There are many reasons why TikTok is a terrible app.
Cyberbullying is rampant in this app, which can lead to depression, or even worse, suicide.
Many users can't handle criticism, leading to opinion bashing.
It has fingerprinting technology (THAT is actually spyware, for God's sake.) that collects data and due to being a Chinese company, rumored to send data about Westerners to the totalitarian, communist Chinese government.
Many stupid challenges, like the infamous George Floyd Challenge (which is racist and disrespectful to him.) and the Autism Challenge, (again, another controversial challenge that's disrespectful, and even I have mild autism.) Just stay away from this app at all costs.

Tiktok sucks. Not only are nudity and other things allowed, it is ridiculously republican. Say anything bad about Trump or capitalism, or anything good about the vaccine or anything democratic, you're banned. If you're black, you'll be shadowbanned. Move this to #1.

There was a study that showed that popular things get popular by triggering emotional reactions (except sadness). The emotions that cause the most reaction are: anger and happiness. Anger causes the most reaction. That's why buzzfeed is a pathetic mix of dumb comedy and propaganda (e.g. race baiting, gender baiting, even orientation baiting). Buzzfeed is super manipulative and unfunny.

GoAnimate has been contaminated by grounded videos, which is 90% (this may be higher) of the content on this website. Most of these videos either have Caillou or Dora get grounded for dumb reasons. Besides the grounded videos, there are other common types of GoAnimate videos, such as a character getting in "dead meat" (that means getting expelled from school forever), a character getting held back from his/her current grade (usually 12th grade to stretch the length of the video) to preschool, character elimination, rants, Barney Errors (which aren't bad in my opinion), and more. Here is an example of a GoAnimate rant:

The voices sound like robots. Users on Goanimate disrespect other people's opinions. The grounded videos are about kids getting grounded for stupid reasons. The character elimination characters in character elimination are just emotionless. The rants are not even real rants. The ranters the same exact reasons for the same thing they ranted on.

As of 2021, these stupid grounded videos are still being made. Come on people! We are already in a new decade! These videos should have died down in 2014! Whatever... This site's fanbase had died long ago in 2014...

Has to be worst site on Internet, not a fan of Facebook but at least it does not actually impede you from gaining useful information. The amount of medical harm, wasted money and general disinformation garnered from yahoo answers is staggering. The Internet at its very worst. That Yahoo, although probably not legally responsible should at least take a moral responsibility to clean up their tremendous mess and maybe save any brand value they can brand boggles the mind.

Two helpful things:
1. if using Google as your search engine make sure to add -yahoo to exclude their sites, thus hurting their revenue streams.
2. Use and support Wikipedia, they are non profit and have the best vetted information on the Internet.

I used to like this website, until I realized that there's literally no question on there where people aren't being rude and trolling. YouTube was once a great website where you could upload your creativity and make people laugh. Whenever I was having a bad day, I would go on YouTube and minutes later, I'd be dying from laughter. Although I can't say the same for now. The whole website is filled with people who will tell you to kill themselves if you don't like the same things they do, and in my opinion, it's also hard to find good content now, because there's so many people like Keemstar, Onision, Ricegum, LeafyIsHere etc. Needless to say, YouTube isn't very good anymore.

While there are some entertaining people/things on YouTube, there is a lot of trash too. SJWs, fat shaming, trolls, and just all around bad people and content.
Plus, people on YouTube are more than happy to complain about other sites like Tumblr or deviantart, yet rarely ever acknowledge their own issues.
Tumblr and deviantart might have annoying people on them, but YouTube is not that much better. At least from my experience deviantart tries better than YouTube (again that's just my own experience).

Though there are some good drawings here, the mature content is what really bugs me. I thought that wasn't allowed on the site, but the admins are too lazy to deal with this major problem. DeviantART is full of nothing but cringe. What's really problematic about this site is the fact that it has child porn. Yes, you've heard me right. Something that's also absurd is the fact that they have porn of LITERAL INANIMATE OBJECTS. There's a lot of "definitions" defining real life names, and mostly it's just praising anyone with that name, or in some cases, trashing anyone with that name. Go search your name up there. It's guaranteed that you'll either be praised to death or trashed on to oblivion, unless you have a very unique and rare name, then probably nothing will pop up. You've also got definitions that slap sexual definitions on non-sexual terms (even if the word wasn't used in that way). So yeah. Lots of fake "definitions" there.

You might not believe me on this but, when I first entered Urban Dictionary. I thought it was a good place to find modern definitions and all that. But, there was a time where I looked up "Dank memes," and I clicked on the audio button for the term to be pronounced. The way this website pronounced 'dank memes' just made me laugh pretty immaturely. But after the pronouncation, I heared voices of real people saying, "Dude, what is your problem" and I thought I was talking to people. So all I did was to hit my home button two times and get rid of Safari (Yes, I was using urban dictionary on the phone). And seriously, urban dictionary just gives me the creeps and... that's the story why I hate it...

Can't express how much I hate this website! Words can't describe how tastelessly offensive and terrible this website is. A lot of people I knew back in high school during the early 2010s constantly used the site and one of them got caught out for yelling, "the Jews run the banks and the media!" As someone who comes from a Jewish background, that was extremely hurtful. I once used the site, and then I accidentally clicked on a neo-Nazi site that I quickly got out of. They also frequently praise the 1980s/90s white supremacist cartoonist "A. Wyatt Mann" frequently. Using pornographic imagery, racist and anti-Semitic slurs and offending a silent minority, such as people with mental disabilities, does not help, as well. Literally no one should ever use this site. It's disgusting.

If you're looking for tasteless shock humor, annoying links to adult websites, and computer viruses, then this is the site for you. I stumbled on this website by complete accident trying to find information about a somewhat obscure YouTuber. I clicked on the page thinking it was just a wiki or blog-type page. Boy was I wrong. All I got were some insanely unfunny jokes about how "autistic" the YouTuber was. I clicked out the second I saw an advertisement for an NSFW website. A few moments later, my anti-virus software told me my computer was at risk! So yeah, don't go to this website, EVER!

These guys went as far as to buy the full rights to YouTube and now they've completely ruined the website, to the point where even the original founders of the website expressed their annoyance.

Jeez Google, just stick to web surfing, not social chatting.

ya know that are constantly trying to "sign me up" so to speak. They've been successfull at least once. And I don't like that. If I haven't authorized it, shouldn't happen. Take your extra fine print and shove it. If it's something that can immediately affect me, the details regarding should not be fine print,

There was a time in YouTube's history when Google shoved Google+ down people's throats. No wonder why it shut down for good in 2019.

Not as bad as 4chan but I still see why people hate it: Lots of trolls, cancerous memes, lots of people with bad spelling and grammar, and sometimes even animal abuse.
