I know that Gen Z tends to get a bad reputation, but Gen Alpha memes are just abysmal, not gonna lie.

They're painfully unfunny

They're jokes because they're not jokes. That is why they suck, and all the things on this list are true.
How am I supposed to laugh at something that does not even make sense?

I get that humor's subjective. Goes without saying, right?
I just don't see the humor in any Gen Alpha meme. I cannot find a single one that's remotely funny or even semi-decent, because there's no punchline, setup, subversion, or anything remotely clever at all.

Most of them are gibberish

If you thought mumble rappers spoke gibberish, wait until you see a Gen Alpha meme. They mostly consist of friggin' gibberish, and not the good kind either. These are words that sound like they were made in an out-of-touch person's house and somehow escaped into the world. It's just mind-boggling, honestly.
They more often than not make you cringe

Either due to the awful setup, the random reference, or the fact that no Gen Alpha meme makes any sense in the slightest.
I cannot find a single Gen Alpha meme that has made me laugh, let alone anything close to being funny. A vast majority of them are grating and annoying as hell.

The thought that anyone finds these kinds of memes funny is insane. It is literally more fun to think about how the sun will explode and we will all die.
Better memes have and still do exist

We, Gen Z, have more creativity than Gen Alpha because back then, AI didn't exist. We have the brains to create YTPs, Vines, several challenges like the water bottle flipping, Andy's Coming, and Mannequin Challenges, Rickrolling, Musical.ly (for some people). So many things that used to be hated, but now legendary. They are cringe, but they're worth it. This makes me proud of my generation.

I'd rather watch TEN MILLION Big Smoke memes than have to endure the annoyance of looking at a single Gen Alpha meme. Hell, Rick Rolling or even YTPs are infinitely funnier and have more comedic value to me than any Gen Alpha meme will, hands down. It just is a simple truth, to be honest.
They're boring

They're just dumb. They're all funny because they're not funny.
The jokes are lame

They're jokes because they're not jokes. There's no joke, no punchline. It's funny because you don't expect it.
My cat got hit by a car. That was not funny, but it sure as hell was unexpected.
None of the memes stand out

Shock factor. All of them are shock factor.
There's an overabundance of Skibidi Toilet in them

I don't understand Skibidi Toilet, and I don't find it funny. Maybe because I've seen too many iDubbbz videos growing up, or have seen too much South Park, but I just can't help but groan at the fact that Skibidi Toilet even exists in the first place.
So the fact that so many of them rely on Skibidi Toilet is kinda annoying, honestly not gonna lie.
There's no variety

Again, shock factor is boring, and they all do it.
Too many of them rely on the same joke

Usually by the same four words, in a way that's nonsensical and doesn't make me laugh at all.
I'll still find more unironic enjoyment in something like the "Pizza is aggressive" meme over the overreliance on the words "Skibidi Ohio Rizz," because at least that is done in a so-bad-it's-good fashion and not in a random gibberish sense.
