Top 10 Best Beady Eye Songs
Led by Liam Gallagher, former frontman of the legendary band Oasis, Beady Eye carved out a distinctive space in the world of rock with their raw, energetic performances and signature sound that echoes the glory days of British rock 'n' roll.Formed in 2009, Beady Eye quickly became a sensation, winning over audiences with their potent blend of psychedelic rock, pop elements, and a whole lot of attitude. Their discography may be small, with just two albums - 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' and 'BE' - but the impact they've had is huge. From anthemic rockers to soulful ballads, their songs resonate with a certain boldness and authenticity that only a Gallagher-led band can deliver.
So, here's your chance to celebrate the music of Beady Eye. This list is a tribute to their unique sound and the unforgettable songs they've gifted us.
Come on... This is easily the best song by Beady Eye so far. This is so good that I'd put it in the top 5 Oasis songs if I could. It's that good. Listen to the guitar riff.
Better than any Oasis song as well, apart from Whatever. All the rubbish that it's a rip-off of Instant Karma - it's better than Instant Karma, but people just hate Liam!
The best Beady Eye song. It's between this or "Start Anew." But this one is very good. Proper rock star.
Absolutely amazing song! The depth of the instruments is awesome. Definitely in the top three!
Massive sound, probably as good as Four Letter Word or Rock and Roll Star!
One of the best songs this decade from the best album of 2013!
It has the same vibe as Rock and Roll Star. As soon as the album goes on, bang!
"So long, so long. Someday all the world will sing my song."
If Liam ever wanted to be like Lennon, this is pretty damn close.
Amazing song. Great production. My favorite line of this song is, "So long, so long. Someday all the world will sing my song."
"For Anyone" sounds so catchy. To me, this is so much like The Beatles and absolutely different from Oasis. Except for this, all the songs in "Different Gear, Still Speeding" are just okay. I'm waiting for Beady Eye's new great songs that will be released this year.
Really, really underrated track. It's sinister and eerie, which makes it a real gem in the album.
A history of a depressing and passionate guy.
The song has no chorus, and that's what's amazing about it. It keeps the same angelic melody but doesn't make the song boring in any way. The beautiful fingerstyle guitar, the unique voice of Liam, and the percussion are what make this song truly beautiful. Liam proves to us once again that he can write classics.
One of the best songs I've ever heard, let alone from Beady Eye. A truly brilliant song. This song has changed my life. It starts off so perfectly and slow and continues from there.
Authentic Liam. In this song, he shows his talent as a songwriter as well as a unique singer. The caliber of Start Anew rivals that of the best Oasis acoustic songs.
Played this song live the other day. That was fun.
Fresh and well underrated. A proper rocker!
Didn't like it at first, but it really grew on me after two or three listens. Looking forward to the album.
That bass line, man! Along with the beat, it's magic.
Has got a You Only Live Twice Bond film vibe, which makes it great.
This song shows that Liam Gallagher still has the ability to reach those classic vocal harmonies that he did with Oasis. Well written as well!
Has a real Oasis feel to it, yet somehow it suits Beady Eye more than Oasis. A real highlight of BE, with notable influences from John Lennon.
Amazingly simple, yet brilliant. The song, in my opinion, has to be one of their best and most underrated songs!
With a little more production, it would/should have been a single. It should also be included in Liam's set list - right up there with "The Beat Goes On" and "Let's All Make Believe."
