Top 10 Songs Ruined by the Featured Artists
Sometimes collaborations just don't click. A great song can take a nosedive when the featured artist completely misses the mark. Their verse may clash with the vibe, be poorly written, or just totally out of place.Have you ever come across a song that could've been amazing, but the featured artist drags the whole thing down? You're not alone! We want to know your top picks for the songs that have been tarnished by a bad feature.
This feature pretty much ruined the entire vibe of the song. Kodak doesn't suit songs like these because he has almost 0 talent.
I agree, Kodak does ruin the vibe of this song even though this is one of my favorite modern rap songs.
I agree here. Also, I feel in general that Ariana Grande has maybe not been picky enough with whom she collaborates with?
Did we really need Future to be warbling "everyday" throughout the chorus? Do we even need him to be on the song? NO.
Lil Duke and Lil Baby sound really horrible here. Their vocals are so unbearable to hear on this track. Lil Baby was his standard awful self, but Lil Duke had to be inconsistent in his voice and had to go off weirdly. Also, Trippie is only doing the chorus.
Screw French Montana. The song was so good, and then he had to mess everything up.
It wasn't that good to begin with, but YG made it horrible. Easily the worst song on the album.
It wasn't even good to begin with, but Lil Yachty made it worse. It started as a diss track to Joe Budden, but then Quavo started going off topic, and who even knows what Lil Yachty is even rambling about? Instead of Lil Boat, Quavo should've replaced him with Offset or Takeoff because both of them are actually good and know how to do a proper verse. This is definitely the worst thing both Quavo and Lil Yachty have ever done. Offset's track Violation Freestyle was much better than this song.
Can we just stop giving BlocBoy JB any more features or chances because he is godawful.
Everybody had a killer verse on this amazing song, until...La Di Da Di Da, Slab on Me Knob...go away, Future.
I didn't even like the song that much, but I did enjoy their energy here. However, I couldn't stand Halsey's part, and it felt like it didn't fit right. It's lower because it didn't bring down the song a lot, because her part wasn't significant.
Without him, it was really living up to its title.
The Newcomers
Can Carti just stop using that awful baby voice? It sounds horrendous, but this is a new low for him. As for Drake, the song was kinda boring.
This song is actually kinda good. A$AP Rocky delivers great bars and Tyler the Creator has a great verse. Then you have Playboi Carti...who asked for him to come onto the track and repeat the same sentence again and AGAIN? Thank God his verse was super short.
This song literally shows you that Roddy Ricch's career is pretty much over.
