Top 10 Things Fans of Specific Music Artists are Probably Tired of Hearing

This list includes many things that people often say about specific music artists, which their fans are probably tired of hearing. These remarks may include both facts and opinions and can address their music (e.g., "They are a rip-off of that other band") or other aspects, such as their fan base or personality (e.g., "She is a really bad role model").

Feel free to add anything you are tired of hearing about one of your favorite music artists. By the way, I am not necessarily a fan of the artists on my initial list. These are just things I think their fans are likely tired of hearing.

Additionally, it is okay to add another statement about a music artist if they are already on the list. The same statement could also apply to multiple artists. For instance, I am sure there are many artists whose fans are tired of hearing that they "can't sing" or are "really generic."

Oh my gosh, I always see this type of comment on every Arctic Monkeys video.

Yeah, like some other posters said, they just experimented with their sound. Besides, they weren't the only thrash metal band to change their sound.

I mean, they did lose some fans when this album came out, but the music was still a success.

No, they just experimented with a different sound for a few albums.

Linkin Park (All of their songs sound the same)

My gosh. Not a huge fan of Linkin Park, but their songs don't sound the same. Try to compare In The End to Heavy to Castle of Glass and you will see.

Haters keep saying this, and it is so annoying. They have a huge variety of different songs.

I'm not a huge fan, but they've got some different-sounding songs.

Guns N' Roses (Axl Rose is such a jerk)

Yes, Axl Rose is a jerk, but it doesn't mean their music is bad.

Most people who say this are just stuck in 2010. Justin Bieber hadn't gone through puberty when he recorded that song.

Nickelback (They are the worst rock band ever) Nickelback is a Canadian post-grunge band formed in 1995 in Hanna, Alberta, Canada. The band is composed of guitarist and lead vocalist Chad Kroeger, guitarist, keyboardist and backing vocalist Ryan Peake, bassist Mike Kroeger, and drummer Daniel Adair.

I'm not a fan, but dear God, it must be horrible to hear people hate them for no reason or for being called the worst rock band.

They are a decent band in my opinion.

Coldplay (They are a Radiohead ripoff)

Other bands like Muse, Keane, Travis, and Snow Patrol are considered Radiohead rip-offs, which I don't understand.

Not all Taylor Swift songs are about breakups. Ronan is all about a child with cancer, and Mean is an anti-bullying song.

Not all of her songs are about breakups.

Lots of Taylor's songs are about her breakups, but not all of them.

Every time I check the YouTube comment sections of Mushroomhead's tracks, I find haters saying they plagiarized Slipknot. As a fan of both, I can say that the only similarity between the two is the fact that they use masks. Slipknot's style features an angry and heavy nu-metal sound, while Mushroomhead's features really experimental stuff with elements from every subgenre of alt-metal.

That isn't even true in the slightest. Even their debut album Core, which may sound like Pearl Jam or Alice in Chains' style at times, doesn't make them a "copycat." I would consider them a contemporary of the grunge bands.

How is Stone Temple Pilots a Pearl Jam rip-off? Most grunge singers sound similar. Scott and Eddie are two of those singers who sound somewhat similar.
