This should be #1. This is an extremely inappropriate sitcom for kids. It's more for teens and adults than kids because there are inappropriate jokes and sexual references about chests and toilets, and Carly is just doing randomly stupid things.

I hated this show, and I'm confused about how it lasted longer than That's So Raven. The premise of the show was plain stupid, and in my opinion, it should have been canceled the first day it aired.
All you really had to do was listen to the theme song, and you knew it wasn't going to be good. I at least gave the show a chance and watched the first full episode with my cousin, who absolutely fell in love with it.

The jokes aren't funny, and Debby Ryan is a bad actress.
This show is very cheesy. The jokes are beyond dumb, and the actors are terrible.
