Breaking out of a prison with maximum-level security, as well as two other high-security prisons, and then breaking his girlfriend out of another top-security prison is only for genius people. But this is not the most impressive thing. He brought down an entire anonymous company that would rule the USA and the entire world.
The way he got the Scylla was unbelievable! He did dozens of genius moves, but the two that impressed me the most were the plan to access the office of Jacob (an evil genius) and how he outsmarted Jacob, incriminating him for the murder that Jacob actually committed! He is from another planet!
By the way, sorry for my bad English.

Rick Sanchez is a fictional character from the American animated television series Rick and Morty, which airs on Adult Swim. He is a genius scientist known for his reckless behavior, dark humor, and adventures across alternate realities. The character was co-created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon.
Titled the "smartest man in the universe" by so far everyone in the universe. He even managed to be the smartest of all the alternate versions of himself. He's manipulative, brilliant, and logical.
Titled Smartest Man in the Universe in an infinite universe.
That technically makes him smarter than any other entity in any fictional universe.

He is technically in the super-genius IQ range. He can hack into a government supercomputer and has a wide range of knowledge from math to history. His job involves staring at a board of complicated mathematical equations and variables.
He knows more about comic books than anyone ever and had higher than 110% in his theoretical physics class at age 10. He mastered calculus, Euclidean geometry, quantum chromodynamics, Newtonian mechanics, and Einstein's general theory of relativity. He has never missed a single problem or gotten a math problem wrong in his life.
-
Dr. Spencer Reid (Criminal Minds)
He is near the top of my favorite geniuses. I always love when he isn't up to date on the pop culture stuff because he's just not interested and has more important things to do!
Reid is far smarter than Sheldon. Reid has three Ph.D.s and knows far more than physics. He got those Ph.D.s before the age of 24. Sheldon only has two Ph.D.s and a master's.
So, who do you think is smarter? I say Reid. He's even smarter than Velma.
He's super smart, and he's just plain adorable. I know that doesn't have anything to do with the question, but it had to be said.

Huh? There isn't a single character in the top 10 who is as smart as him. Also, Leonardo from Da Vinci's Demons should be here too, maybe the only one smarter than Sherlock among show protagonists.
