Our seas and oceans have a diverse species such as fishes, octopus and squids. They are many types of fishes that make up the marine species. So in this list, these are the aquatic creatures that are not fishes. So, these are the aquatic animals that are not fishes. Anything form, cnidarians, echinoderms, and aquatic mammals. Fishes are vertebrates and some of the animals in this lists are invertebrates.

1 Jellyfish

One of the most misleading sea creature ever. Despite of its name, Jellyfishes are not fish. Jellyfish is a medusa under the phylum Cnidaria. Also an invertebrate animal.

The bulb at the top isn't Jelly either.

2 Sea Star Starfish or sea stars are star-shaped echinoderms belonging to the class Asteroidea. Common usage frequently finds these names being also applied to ophiuroids, which are correctly referred to as brittle stars or "basket stars".

Also known as Starfish. It is under echidnoderms. They are invertebrates. Echidnoderms are recognizable for it's radical symmetric shapes and for it spikes.

5 Sea Urchin

Just the same phylum with Starfish. Under the phylum Echidnodermata.
