Top 10 Biggest Pairs of Douchebags in Video Games

Advance Wars 2's Adder (a total narcissist whose only real talent is increasing the movement speeds of his units) and Dual Strike's Koal (a completely stereotypical Asian jerk who seems to think that the world being polluted for Von Bolt's amusement is one of the greatest things ever) also come to mind. However, Waylon and Greyfield are even worse than either of them due to having literally no redeeming qualities.

Waylon: He's basically Ted Nugent without any of the redeeming qualities. In addition to being a total coward who looks cool and manly on the outside but is completely disgusting and pathetic on the inside, he is too lazy to even try to take care of his own soldiers. He willingly works for Greyfield, who is essentially a stereotypical TV Tropes moderator combined with a sadistic dictator, just because working for him makes Waylon a lot of money.

Greyfield: He's basically Joseph Stalin without any redeeming qualities. He has absolutely no understanding of what it means to be a truly honorable military commander and constantly orders people to die simply because their opinions don't match his.

Despite how shockingly small the actual amount of screen time that IAT gives to these two is, they take being Complete Monsters to a very-truly outrageous extreme that is stereotypically evil in nearly EVERY possible way during this game and become VERY-surprisingly memorable characters by doing so; for starters:
Being so narcissistic that they shamelessly and very-publicly flirt with each other TWICE? Check
Wanting to destroy their entire universe and then rebuild it in order to become its new rulers? Check
Talking about the death(?) of Uka Uka as if Uka Uka is just another typical disposable minion? Check
Collecting pet spiders in order to pull the legs of said spiders off of said spiders? Check
Having absolutely NO respect for people who do not agree with their opinions about things? Check
Shamelessly and very-publicly boasting about how much they enjoy killing people's loved ones? Check
Neo Cortex (who normally is FAR more evil than N. Tropy) utterly despising both of them? Check
Completely abusing both Alternate Tawna and Nitros Oxide on-screen? Check

Wario: Is an embodiment of greed and gluttony
Waluigi: Is an embodiment of trickery and narcissism

Balrog: Is so much of a stereotypical Black Brute that he almost makes Mike Tyson (the boxer that he is a parody of) seem non-intimidating when compared to him; also, he generally is a selfish idiot who cares about practically nothing other than money and women and basically never learns from his resulting financial mistakes.

M. Bison: Literally had to remove every "good" aspect of himself from himself in order to become able to properly use his Psycho Power; his personality makes said fact so obvious that he might as well have "I AM EVIL" tattooed all over himself.

Dr. Nefarious: I could obliterate the lot of you, and they wouldn't even mention it in Supervillain Weekly!
