Top 10 Biggest Pairs of Douchebags in Video Games
Some duos just bring out the worst in each other. Not in a "fun road trip buddy comedy" kind of way. No, we're talking about the kind of tag teams that make you wish your controller had a "banish to another dimension" button.
These are the walking red flags of the video game world: scheming, smug, and usually way too pleased with their own evil genius to realize how ridiculous they look while doing it.
You've faced them. Maybe they monologued your ears off. Maybe they dropped an entire city into ruin because "it was Tuesday." Maybe they're just a couple of narcissistic jerks whose combined energy could power a rocket fueled entirely by petty grievances. Whatever the case, they stuck together just long enough to mess up your quest, your world, or your patience.
This list is where those dynamic disasters come to strut their villainous stuff. Vote for the pair that makes your blood boil the fastest. Maybe they were cartoonishly evil. Maybe they were frustratingly incompetent. Maybe one was clearly the smarter one and the other was just along for the ride, making things worse with every dumb decision. Whatever earned them their spot, they earned it together.

Porky Minch and Fassad - Mother 3
Porky: He is an almost entirely literal fat pig who leads an army of almost entirely literal fat pigs. Showing off his greed and arrogance has become the only remaining purpose of his life. He also nearly tore Flint's entire family apart purely for the sadistic pleasure it gave him.
Fassad: He is almost as much of a fat, greedy pig as Porky and essentially does slightly less extreme versions of all the same things that Porky does, most notably animal abuse, corrupting society, and betraying friends.

Dr. Nefarious and Chairman Drek - Ratchet & Clank (2016)
Doctor Nefarious is a fictional character and a main antagonist in Insomniac Games' Ratchet & Clank video game series. He is a robotic mad scientist who frequently clashes with the titular heroes. Dr. Nefarious is known for his eccentric personality and comedic breakdowns.
Dr. Nefarious: He wants to completely eliminate "squishies" (organic life forms like Lombaxes and his original self) from the universe to inflate his already massive ego, which makes Invader Zim's ego look small. The only thing that keeps his butler Lawrence tolerating him is the constant snarking material Nefarious provides.
Chairman Drek: He loves demolishing the homes of literal billions of people, showing no remorse at all. His original self is so ridiculously evil that he almost makes his remake self seem heroic. For example, his original motivation to pollute and destroy entire galaxies is purely for profit - not just one of his reasons, but the only one.

Waylon and Greyfield - Advance Wars: Days of Ruin
Advance Wars 2's Adder (a total narcissist whose only real talent is increasing the movement speeds of his units) and Dual Strike's Koal (a completely stereotypical Asian jerk who seems to think that the world being polluted for Von Bolt's amusement is one of the greatest things ever) also come to mind. However, Waylon and Greyfield are even worse than either of them due to having literally no redeeming qualities.
Waylon: He's basically Ted Nugent without any of the redeeming qualities. In addition to being a total coward who looks cool and manly on the outside but is completely disgusting and pathetic on the inside, he is too lazy to even try to take care of his own soldiers. He willingly works for Greyfield, who is essentially a stereotypical TV Tropes moderator combined with a sadistic dictator, just because working for him makes Waylon a lot of money.
Greyfield: He's basically Joseph Stalin without any redeeming qualities. He has absolutely no understanding of what it means to be a truly honorable military commander and constantly orders people to die simply because their opinions don't match his.

Dr. N. Tropy and Female N. Tropy - Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time
Despite the surprisingly small amount of screen time that Crash Bandicoot 4 gives to these two, they take being Complete Monsters to an outrageous extreme. They embody stereotypical evil in nearly every possible way and become surprisingly memorable characters as a result. For starters:
Being so narcissistic that they shamelessly and publicly flirt with each other twice? Check.
Wanting to destroy their entire universe and then rebuild it to become its new rulers? Check.
Talking about Uka Uka's possible death as if he's just another disposable minion? Check.
Collecting pet spiders only to pull their legs off? Check.
Having absolutely no respect for anyone who disagrees with their opinions? Check.
Shamelessly boasting about how much they enjoy killing people's loved ones? Check.
Being despised by Neo Cortex, who is usually far more evil than N. Tropy? Check.
Completely abusing both Alternate Tawna and Nitros Oxide on-screen? Check.

GLaDOS and Wheatley - Portal 2
GLaDOS: She sees humans as literal toys for her amusement, killing them whenever they bore her.
Wheatley: He's a pretentious British peacock who almost makes GLaDOS seem saintly by comparison.
-
Viridi and Hades - Kid Icarus: Uprising
Viridi: She wants to wipe out humanity just to fuel her obsession with plants.
Hades: He's arguably the biggest sarcastic jerk in video games (not counting Handsome Jack).
-
Wario and Waluigi - Super Mario
Wario: He embodies greed and gluttony.
Waluigi: He embodies trickery and narcissism.
-
Balrog and M. Bison - Street Fighter
Balrog: He's such a stereotypical Black Brute that he almost makes Mike Tyson (the boxer he's based on) seem non-intimidating by comparison. He's generally a selfish idiot who cares about nothing but money and women, and he never learns from his financial mistakes.
M. Bison: He literally had to remove every "good" part of himself to properly use his Psycho Power. His personality makes this so obvious that he might as well have "I AM EVIL" tattooed all over himself.
-
Spy and Scout - Team Fortress 2
The Spy: He's a literal backstabbing French jerk who loves taunting his opponents. Many of the most obnoxious players in TF2 use him, and he's generally one of the game's most annoying characters.
The Scout: He's an annoying little brat who never shuts up, no matter what's happening around him. Somehow, he genuinely believes that hurting others is the only purpose of his life.

Narcis Prince and Super Macho Man - Super Punch-Out!!
Narcis Prince: He's a "professional" boxer who throws comically over-the-top tantrums whenever he gets punched in the face. He's also one of the most blatant pompous British jerk caricatures ever.
Super Macho Man: He's a professional boxer who clearly wishes he were a movie star, and he never stops reminding players of this fact - especially in Punch-Out Wii.
