Top Ten Best Cyberpunk 2077 Characters

Here's a definitive list of characters from the futuristic sci-fi game Cyberpunk 2077.

The Top Ten
  1. Johnny Silverhand

I don't know which is which, Johnny or V or whoever, but they both want to take down a bad corporation in Night City. As for Johnny, he's the Keanu Reeves of all cyberpunk ages, even though he's a construct inside V's head.

  2. Jackie Welles

His death broke me. When it comes to main characters in video games, I already lost Arthur (Red Dead Redemption 2), John (Red Dead Redemption), and Lee (The Walking Dead: Season One). Even though we didn't play as him, his death is still on that level for me.

Sadly, he has to be let go due to the hellacious heist at Konpeki Plaza, but he'll be remembered. At least teaming up with him to take down Scavs and Maelstrom was a fun time.

  3. Judy Alvarez

At first, she sees you as a stranger, but then you see her friendship with V grow into a good one. If you play as a lesbian V, it can become a romance, and there's nothing wrong with either. It shows that she does care about people, but if she doesn't care about you, you'll know.

I love this character, but if you want to romance her, you must play as female V and have a happy ending with her by leaving Night City with the Aldecaldos.

  4. V (Male or Female)

Male V or female V also comes with three lifepaths: Nomad, Street Kid, and Corpo. As for the endings, you can leave Night City as Johnny in V's body, leave Night City with Panam and the Aldecaldos, make a deal with Arasaka, commit suicide (which I prefer not to do because it's bad), or become a Night City legend at the Afterlife. The choices are yours as V.

  5. Goro Takemura

I liked him, but I hated that we spared Oda and helped Takemura with everything, including saving his life, just for him to tell us to rot in hell.

You'll be working with a former Arasaka guard to take down Yorinobu Arasaka, but if you choose to make a deal with Hanako, it might lead to a bad ending. As for Takemura, you might wanna save him during a raid inside an abandoned apartment after confronting Hanako about the Relic and Yorinobu's lies.

  6. Panam Palmer

My favorite ending is the one where Johnny takes over V's body. I don't know why. And I ALWAYS chuckle at how Panam says she's gonna hunt down Johnny to avenge V. It's just funny to me, but it also shows that she cares about V.

Only male V can romance tough-as-nails Panam and thus have a good ending by leaving the city together with the Aldecaldos.

  7. Song So Mi

  8. Adam Smasher

A monstrous, bloodthirsty killing machine who brings chaos to the city and slays his victims, including Johnny. You'll have to fight the cyborg juggernaut during the final boss battle.

  9. Kerry Eurodyne

A Samurai band member and friend of Johnny, but he did have his ups and downs in his career. If you were to play as a gay male V, you'll be romancing Kerry by now.

  10. River Ward

While working with him to solve the crime of Lucius Rhyne's death and save his nephew from the evil Peter Pan, you can romance River, but only as female V.

  11. The Newcomers
  12. ?

    Mama Welles

  13. ?

    Cassidy Righter

  14. The Contenders
  15. Hanako Arasaka

  16. Misty Olszewski

Jackie Welles's sweetheart who helps you understand some tarot cards and mysteries. Any more characters? Add some items below. Soon, these characters will have images once I'm done.

She was just chill and kinda felt like a sister to V. I don't know why.

  17. Alt Cunningham

  18. Rogue Amendiares

  19. Us Cracks

  20. Viktor Vektor

Dude is just a big teddy bear hiding behind an emotionless mask. If V dies, his call hurts me more than Mama Welles's and Judy's calls.

  21. Mitch Anderson

  22. Saul Bright
