Best Doki Doki Literature Club Characters
She is the best because she is sweet, and I can relate to her more. Even though she is depressed, she wants us to be happy, and she deserves to be happy too.
She wanted you to be happy. She didn't care if she lived or died as long as you were happy. When she saw you hanging out (no pun intended), she saw no meaning, as you could be happy with Natsuki or Yuri.
She's the cute and lovable girl who has been your best friend since childhood. She only wants what's best for everyone, and it's very admirable how she is so happy even though she's depressed.
When you first play DDLC, you have an ultimate decision to make: which "Doki" to choose. Actually, it's not that important, but you know what I mean.
While we can mostly agree that Monika was the least interesting (don't worry Monika fans, I said "was"), and we can't pick her anyway, Yuri and Sayori were very cool. However, my favorite character at the beginning of the game was Natsuki. She has so much attitude and is pretty relatable too. She prefers when poems or any kind of literature are simple but effective, and because of that, she really likes manga.
I should also mention that she is... wait! I don't think I should say that. What if she saw this?... Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah! Also, she is pretty smart. I mean, she sent a poem to communicate with you in secret near the end of the game!
Natsuki is also one of the few tsunderes that have an explanation for being a tsundere. Her friends don't like manga, and they don't respect her when she reads manga. Not only that, but her father seems terrible since he doesn't give her a lot of food and doesn't like manga either. That's why she keeps her manga at the literature club, where no one could take them.
Because she doesn't like the way she is judged, she is a little bit "paranoid" (I couldn't find any other word in my head) about her surroundings, including the player. Overall, even though Natsuki is the least "intense" character in the game, she is very good.
Yuri is the best girl in my opinion because I like how she is so calm and then just becomes a psycho. You would never expect that from a girl like her, even though it is not her fault that her file was messed up. I like the fact that her ending fits nothing like her in act one. I would expect her to end more like Sayori because I feel like that's just more her attitude.
She is not really, should I say, loud, so her stabbing and cutting herself is not really what I was expecting until I noticed that she was a literal psychopath.
She was just jealous because she wasn't supposed to be one of the main girls. Yes, she is just supposed to be a character to guide you with stuff. There's proof: in the first act, you can see that we can only go for either Sayori, Yuri, or Natsuki. Even when you try to go with Monika, you can't. Sure, you can share your poem with her first, but you can't write a poem that's Monika's type. When you are asked to help someone on the weekend and you choose Monika, the other two just complain, and you have to choose another person.
You can also see how crazy jealousy can drive you. She just wanted to be loved.
Even though he is clearly the worst character in the game, he is more interesting than most protagonists in video games I know.
He created DDLC, so yeah, I voted for him. Doki Doki Literature Club is an awesome game!
I played the game, and I said to myself, "You are gonna have a bad time."
Amy? Oh, I heard something about her. We were closer than friends, but I found out something about her. She likes spiders. That's why I am not friends with her.
She might like spiders, but...
Okay, I don't know how to defend that.
Sayori is cute, and this can double the cuteness.
Natsuki is already kind and cute. Chibi is even more admirable.
I have nothing to say. Just adorable.
One of the better original characters, but technically a version of FeMC.
