I'm watching The Dark Knight right now, I didn't know her name until I searched the ugliest actresses in Hollywood. I had to search, because I can't understand how this woman is in films. Very unattractive and has pig nose. She pretty much ruined watching this Batman movie with her horrible acting and being so unattractive. I'm not trying to be mean but I'm trying to understand how someone like this gets into films?

Maggie Gyllenhaal is far from beautiful and her acting is awful as well. I could barely enjoy The Dark Knight. every time they showed her sagging face I wanted to puke. She aged terrible. I can't understand how a woman that ugly made it as an actor. Let's ignore the fact that she's also a terrible actor; I pretty much agree with the fact that hollywood is unrealisticaly full of models and good looking people, that it doesn't really reflect reality, but putting eyesores like her on a screen is taking the realism a bit too far. How can you compare Sandra Oh with Lea Michelle? First of all, Lea Michelle isn't Canadian! And second, One is Asian ( born in Canada ) while Lea Michelle is Caucasian ( Italian and Turkish roots ). They are not in the same league for comparing their beauty. I agree, Sandra Oh is less beautiful ( but not horrible ) than Lea Michelle ( who isn't the most beautiful girl but also not the ugliest ) but they are certainly not hired because people feel sorry for them. They have both talent as actresses.

I hate Kristen Stewart. She totally ruined Twilight with her lackluster acting and her physical plainness. Bella stands for beautiful, Kristen Stewart however isn't. I know it seems awful to find that googling "ugly" alongside someone's name, famous or not... But to be prompted in doing so in the middle of the 5th episode of Hostages and finding I am not alone, there has to surely be an element of truth in the opinion.

I think the main thing seems to be weightloss or something because her face has become almost skeletal in appearance; eyes too protruding, cheekbones making her face look too long and the "Marionette" lines from nose to mouth are deep and aging, again often associated with too much loss of weight.

There are comments I've noted as to her "hanging-open" mouth and it has to be said it does her no favours and makes her face appear even longer and cheekbones even more prominent, with sunken cheeks.

Case in point... look at her in The Sixth Sense. The movie came out in 1999, and was probably shot the year earlier. Toni Collette was born in 1973, so in 98/99 she was 25/26 years old. She plays Haley Joel Osments mother and he is like 9 or 10 in the film. They picked her because she looked like she was in her 40's! She's in her mid twenties and looks wise you'd guess she was maybe 42 -46 years old here! Go look at photos from this movie and you will see...

I have always thought this Australian actress was ugly beyond words and dumb founded how she got roles. Viewers can't watch her because of her face and that's why the shows get cancelled. For some reason Australia has a problem with pumping out ugly actresses.. Nicole kidman is another one.

Barely made it through season 1 of mad men and then stopped. Made it through 15 mins of the handmaid's tale. Unbearable on the eyes.

She always looks like she's about to throw up. She has a massive forehead with squished together features. She also mouth-breathes in all her roles. All of her features tilt down making her look mad or sad all the time.

The problem with her is that she thinks she is pretty. She was perfect for the role of Rachel because she is NOT pretty. And yet when interviewed she says that her character is a psycho. NO the character was a victim of narcissistic abuse. She also says that they "made her ugly." NO, Eily, that is YOU without makeup. What is really plain about her is her coloring. I think if she were dark with dark hair and dark eyes and porcelain skin then she would be exotic and pretty but she is so plain with that mousy color eye and hair and skin . She just looks gray.
