Top 10 Best The Devil Wears Prada Songs
They came out of Dayton, Ohio in the mid-2000s looking like they just escaped from a Hot Topic sale bin, but The Devil Wears Prada weren't some throwaway metalcore act of the MySpace era. You heard the blast beats. You saw the seizure-inducing breakdowns. You felt the chaos. And somehow, in that storm of snarling vocals and shredding guitars, they built something sharper than their peers and stuck around while the scene got eaten alive by time and trends.
This list is your chance to shape which tracks stand tallest. The question is simple: What are the best The Devil Wears Prada songs? Cast your vote for the ones that hit hardest, cut deepest, or maybe just bring back the memory of your most chaotic pit.

Hey John, What's Your Name Again?
This song is about how people try so hard to look pretty and gorgeous. People use a lot of makeup, cosmetics, and surgery trying to obtain perfect looks and bodies. But in the end, it's all for nothing because we'll all end up aging into old people.
The song also gives the message that beauty comes at a very high price. I would definitely point this out to girls who are always trying to lose weight and who are very insecure. Looks aren't everything.
This is the song that started it all for me. It was the first The Devil Wears Prada song I heard and the first metalcore song I ever heard.
It introduced me to this amazing genre of music and made me fall even more in love with music. The lyrics, the instruments - everything about it is beautiful.

Dez Moines
The first song I heard from The Devil Wears Prada, and it still remains the best in my opinion. There's good harmony and chord progression throughout the song, which gives it a chilling feel, coupled with the vocals that powerfully deliver. Definitely love it!
This song is amazing! Between the adrenaline-pumping screaming and the great clean vocals, this is easily The Devil Wears Prada at their best!
No other song by The Devil Wears Prada hits quite as hard and is as memorable as this one. A definite metalcore classic!

Born to Lose
I love this song. It's simply beautiful: "You don't know what you need, we're all so back and forth, nothing is as it seems, you don't know what you need, we make the same mistakes, we've ruined everything."
This chorus is beautiful, great lyrics.
A great song that features brutal screams along with a good, clean chorus. This song never gets old. It deserves to be in at least the top 3.
Blessed be those who have no idols. Invoke holy honor. Sanctify the patient.

HTML Rulez D00d
Epic masterpiece. I love how the names of the songs make it seem (if you haven't heard the songs or read the lyrics) like it's a thuggish/emo/shallow band.
But then, when you hear the lyrics (or read them, in some cases, as it's hard to understand the lyrics from hearing), they are amazing. The most epic band of all time.

Gimme Half
Lyrically and instrumentally, this is one of their most powerful songs to date. The intro is strong and builds so much suspense for the amount of adrenaline the first verse feeds on.
The breakdowns groove really well, and a small amount of synth really kicks this song up a notch as they mirror brutality with pitchy harmony.
