Top Ten Best Wolfmother Songs
Definitely the most popular song among their other songs. It has a very good beat and rhythm. The only other song that might have as much popularity as Joker and the Thief would probably be Woman.
Its punk is really awesome. It deserves to be at the top. I performed it in my college, and everyone was like wow, and me too. It's simply awesome. Just vote for it, guys, and if possible, make it the best song ever.
Easily the best rock song by a hard rock band in the last 10 years. And they're from the mighty Australia too. It is the definition of hard rock.
This song is simply awesome. A very catchy riff with a great guitar tone. And Stockdale's voice is really badass. Go, wolves, go!
This song is absolutely insane. It's all over the place with awesome guitar and screaming at the top of your voice. Awesome song.
The first time I heard this, I was absolutely hooked on Wolfmother and back into hard rock again. Immediately, 15 seconds into the song, that's how good this song is.
Second only to Joker and the Thief, it epitomizes Wolfmother's awesome, one-of-a-kind hard-heavy-crazy off-the-wall rock that we love. You know that if WM had been around in the '60s or '70s, that scream would have become iconic.
Why isn't this first? I think that Jack White's voice and guitar sound unique, but Wolfmother's lead singer and guitarist sound so similar to him! I guessed that this album was White Stripes before, especially with this song.
Doesn't Remind Me by Audioslave also used to make me think it was a White Stripes song, even though it doesn't sound like their voices.
Best new song I've heard in years. Great classic rock style, amazing vocals, and an incredible psychedelic bridge in the style of The Doors. Great song, great band!
Great riff. So much Black Sabbath in it!
Great riffs and awesome drumming!
A good reconcilable riff. Good vocals and lyrics. And a very nice solo towards the end.
One of the best tracks by Wolfmother. The rhythm goes perfectly with Stockdale's voice and the crazy guitar that goes with the song. Amazing.
Such a good song! How is this not rated higher? So catchy, and you never get tired of listening to it!
Amazing. Simply took my heart away, brought out a lot of emotions.
Slow epic ballad. I think this is why it's so underrated. Actually, one of their best songs. The keyboard thrashing is just amazing.
It's definitely got a western scary feel to it, especially the intro. Catchy, heavy riff throughout the song. The solo's not great, but the rest of the song is!
The song stops slightly towards the end for some narrative spooky vocals from Stockdale.
One of the catchiest rock songs of the 21st century. Wolfmother really goes back to the roots of real rock music. These songs sound so classic and yet so fresh. Something to keep the real music alive.
Two amazing guitar riffs that are very heavy, low, and powerful. It's a hard rock/stoner rock heavy metal kind of song, my three favorite genres of music. The main riff is great, but the one towards the end is even better. Very powerful. A real headbanging song.
The two riffs are brilliant, and Andrew screams while holding the note near the end. It keeps you on the edge of your imagination.
A real stoner rock sound to it. Heavy and powerful!
That driving beat makes me want to jam every time I click it on. Awesome, simply awesome. If I were introducing someone to Wolfmother, this would be the song to play.
This is by far my favorite Wolfmother song! Just gets me going. Can't be sad listening to this.
This is my favorite song of the last twenty years or more. The imagery and the riffs go together so well.
There are four Wolfmother tracks that are always the best until the next comes on, but Colossal edges it.
Wolfmother is the best band of the past couple of decades, and this is my favorite of their songs. It is simply beautiful. The "step down from the mountainside" verse gives me goosebumps.
I guess it doesn't get that much radio play. These lists aren't really the ten best songs, just the ten most known songs. Otherwise, this would be right up in the top five.
Amazing song by Wolfmother. Definitely should be up higher, but maybe it's just not as well known as some of their other songs. A must-listen-to song.
Classic hard rock song. This song includes my favorite guitar solo ever. Another great track from the first album.
One hell of a song. Stockdale just rocks it out the way it should be done, and it beats all their other songs hollow. Other bands don't even come close in terms of pure acoustic quality.
Good riff and a single-note keyboard playing on it. Nice lyrics and good guitar solo.
A good riff that is played a few times with a flute at the end. Interesting song.
Awesome song. One of Wolfmother's best.
I think this song is the favorite of Andrew Stockdale - he played it on a stream on his birthday. It begins calm and nice, then comes the guitar, chorus, organ, and solo.
Great song, great intro, great everything, actually. Hope some bands will learn something about making songs from Wolfmother.
Great classic hard rock style, kick-ass solo. We need more bands making songs like this. No more half-assed crap.
Beautifully written (apart from the third line) and underrated song that deserves more attention. Birds tweeting quietly are the first sound you hear before the perfect combination of guitar and organ lead the background instrumentals for the majority of the song. However, this is not repetitive.
A good usage of guitar and rhythm guitar (only if you listen carefully). Stockdale passionately sings the remainder of the Caroline opening lyrics before a synchronized vocal and guitar part help end the song along a calm and electric finish.
Blues rock/hard rock song. Great guitar solo and a repetitive guitar riff that adds to the '70s feel of the song.
