He looks different now and more masculine but during his teenage years I have never seen a male who looked that femininely pretty with only a little makeup and without having any work done to his face. Yes teenage boys could be pretty but there was nothing male about him except maybe his flat chest. He's too gorgeous to be a boy.

For a long time, I thought he was a female musician. His facial features are naturally feminine, and he has long hair. Additionally, he wears too much makeup, which further contributes to his feminine appearance.
Well, other musicians from X Japan don't look like female that much (even though they use a lot of make up). But he does.

I saw him live not long ago and I have to tell you he's one of the most energetic musicians at live shows I've ever seen. And he isn't young.
Please don't get me wrong that I added him because I don't like his voice. In fact Bach is one of my favorite metal singers. I like his voice more than many other metal singers.
