Top 10 Songs Featuring Fart Sounds
Fun time. Can musicians fart in tune with a song? Well, not everyone, but autotune was invented specifically for that purpose. Autotuned farts produce a rather robotic sound, but hey, artistic quality comes first! (You understand I'm being sarcastic, right?)
However, you might be surprised to learn that many famous musicians have incorporated farts into their songs.
Pink Floyd member Roger Waters and Ron Geesin wrote this short song (1:24) that primarily consists of both farting and belching with minimal musical accompaniment. The song serves as an introduction to their album "Music From The Body." The album is the soundtrack to Roy Battersby's 1970 documentary film about human biology, "The Body."
I've never heard this. Where on earth did you first discover it?
Thanks, Martin! Awesome addition! The fart can even be heard if you play the sample.
"Give a little too toot, it's okay," followed by the respective sound effect.
There are also many other funny sounds. The song was on his album Hermit of Mink Hollow, 1978.
It features the farts of band members Jeff Lynne and Richard Tandy, recorded during rehearsals. Electric Light Orchestra are an art rock/prog band.
The song was released in 1986, but the summary album was released in 1991. Oh yeah, and it's funny too.
Multiple farts, like farts all the way. Well, what do you expect from a song titled "The Fart Song!" made by an artist named The Toilet Bowl Cleaners?
I hear a fart sound in the intro (the scene in the washroom). Update: I talked to Martin_Canine, and he thinks the sound was supposed to sound like turning off the TV, the news were on. However, it has always sounded like a fart to me. It's up to you whether to count this song or not.
The fart is at the end of the song and is an example of a robotic fart (the fart sound was simulated). Oh, come on, in a song titled Fart in an Elevator, wasn't the fart expected to be natural and genuine? Shame on you.
Haha
I would hate to be in that elevator.
I think it's used even funnier in "Headline News," though.
How did I forget this one? Thanks again, Martin!
I don't think this one needs an explanation.
There's farting and belching in the chorus. The sounds of those are more pleasant than the beat.
The Nicki parody farts at the Sir Mix-a-Lot parody.
