I'm basing my criteria not just on what these people have done, but their personality traits themselves. He's so cartoonishly evil and pathetic as a person. He exhibits all 7 deadly sins on a day-to-day basis.
The only things this man cares about are power, influence, and what he gets out of deals. His mafia lawyer sensei, Roy Cohn, taught him well to never admit to any fault whatsoever, even when he's clearly in the wrong.
The insane, delusional followers of his that treat him as if he's the second coming of Christ don't know what they're talking about. This guy is anything but Christlike. Not to mention he's a wannabe dictator who wants to trash the Constitution in a waste bin.

He's pure evil. He makes a bunch of excuses for why his nation has to be aggressive and persecute his own people as well as the people of other nations. At the end of the day, he is a dictator hell-bent on preserving his reign and doesn't care how much blood has to be spilt in order to keep it that way.
You could say that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is more complex than how the West portrays it, but many of his country's actions in the war have been unforgivable. With all of the innocent lives that were claimed by his military and all of the innocent LGBTQ people and political dissidents that he persecutes in his own country, he's truly a monster.

Between him and Donald Trump, he might be more purely evil. It is one thing for a leader to care about the people of their own country over any other (that is at least understandable for any world leader), but then to say that his people are superior to any other and that all other human lives are worthless or, worse, subhuman is another thing entirely.
He is the Hitler of our time, truly genocidal in his motivations, and he exploits the U.S. into doing his dirty work for him. He is a pathological liar and a murderer who kills innocent Palestinian men, women, and children because he and his government make justifications that they have to "defend their country."
Then he has the gall to try and be an authority on what Americans can and can't say about him. He chose the Nelk Boys podcast to spew his lies because he knew the Nelk Boys were dumb enough to not question or criticize him on anything. At the end of the day, he'll get his due in whatever afterlife he dreads.

He's a truly pathetic person. He and Peter Thiel are basically responsible for Silicon Valley's downfall into the reactionary abyss, not that Silicon Valley was full of exemplary role models to begin with.
He takes credit for other people's inventions when he just does massive buyouts and pretends to be some kind of Tony Stark-level genius when he's just roleplaying most of the time. Not to mention, he's a bad role model for people on the autism spectrum. Truly the worst example of someone who is neurodivergent.
You can partially attribute some of his behavior to Asperger's, but having met other people who have Asperger's who are way better examples of people, there's no excuse for his cold-hearted and emotionless behavior. He will take advantage of and denigrate others and then pretend that he's the victim.
He basically had a short stint with the Trump administration and created DOGE to milk the U.S. government for money and take advantage of U.S. taxpayers. He ruins everything he touches. He doesn't show human love for anyone and treats every person like a controllable asset. Definitely deserving of a high ranking on this list.
You could say that other people in Silicon Valley, like Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, are anti-worker and self-serving in their own right, but Elon is worse than both of them.

He is supposed to go on tour later this year and multiple feminist associations are protesting him and calling for his tour to be cancelled. While some festivals in French-speaking Europe have banned him, there is still a lot that needs to be done. This is probably the biggest fall from grace in French music since Bertrand Cantat, and definitely one of the biggest falls from grace in the world right now. Apparently his creepy behavior was known by everyone in the show business for decades, but it had been kept silent. It's about time this creep gets what he deserves.

If Trump dies or gets impeached before 2028, he will be in power. And that honestly does not sit well with me at all. At least with Trump, he's incompetent enough that he fails at implementing the worst aspects of the plan to derail the democracy or constitutional republic in the U.S. But J.D. is an Ivy League grad and deviously cunning in implementing the slow death of democracy.
Not to mention, this man has no rizz. He has negative rizz. His appeal to "hillbillies" and rural authenticity in his stupid book was all a ploy. In reality, he's in bed with people like Peter Thiel and Elon Musk in Big Tech.

She is truly pathetic. Nicki Minaj from the get-go was a narcissistic celebrity whose main aspect was rapping about her wealth and her sex appeal. She released good songs here and there, but also many more bad songs.
