    He was a necrophile and a cannibal. He killed some of his victims by injecting hydrochloric acid into holes he drilled in their skulls. He preserved their body parts. As a child, he impaled a dog.

    He was very charming and clever in his days. Not only was he "evil," but he was the smart kind of evil. Sure, he got caught in the end, but the things he did before were like those of a siren. A siren is a mermaid-like creature that lures its prey with its voice. In Bundy's case, it was his looks.

    Should've been higher. He was a manipulative rapist and killer who beat women and had sex with their dead bodies. Yes, he was hella sexy and charming, but he had a girlfriend while in prison and got love letters. He even got engaged to another woman.
